As for Suzaku, I still hope he redeams himself. I really liked him in season 1. I'm still holding out. Maybe his company is a bad influence.
As far as Suzaku goes, I think Zan Sidera of the Rockman Perfect Memories forum has the best analysis of his character that I've seen:

However, that doesn't take away that Suzaku needs to wake up an act on the realisation that this is not what Euphemia would have wanted. That same realization that is holding him back by hiding his own darkness from Nunnaly. It is that same thing that drove Lelouch into depression a while back, learning that Nunnaly opposes him. Which is pretty much why Lelouch and Suzaku are now exactly alike, driven by revenge, fighting for women that wouldn't even agree with their means.

This is only true until Nunnally steps out of her wheelchair and plunges a knife into Suzaku's left kidney, followed by shocked expressions and a soft "keikaku doori".
Nunnally has been repeated noted in spoilers to "share Lelouch's heart", which I take to mean she's just as bitter and vengeful as Lelouch, but hides her feelings because she thinks her older brother is this tragic saint and she doesn't want to pollute him with her evil. The irony is Lelouch feels exactly the same about Nunnally! I've said this before, but if Nunnally betrays Suzaku I'm going to go outside in the middle of the night and scream an unholy scream of pure sublimity. The utmost joy! :devil:

He's also unsympathetic, nothing that happens to him is good enough justification for how he acts. It's also difficult to understand his actions sometimes, like when he killed Genbu, but everything from the invasion of Japan has been vague so it might be a plot hole?

I had completely forgotten about Genbu, and it didn't help that they dropped that plot point like a rock.
It's kind of interesting to compare the Suzaku of the very first episode to the current one. He went from being a well-intentioned, if not more than a bit naive, young man, to someone who's subborn, self-deceiving, and self-justifying.
As for Nunnally, I really can't imagine her as someone who's filled with rage and the like. Maybe it's because I'm taking her at face value, and am not very knowledgable of any info outside of what we're given in the episodes themselves, which isn't all that much, to tell the truth. Though I am curious as to what her reaction would be when she inevitably finds out that Zero is really her brother.

Not even C.C. or V.V., they were just part of pre-existing cycle. Chuck basically admitted he didn't know anything by teasing Lelouch about wanting to know the truth - both on "who killed Marianne" and the nature of Geass. If V.V. and C.C. don't know, Chuck doesn't either.

wow that was a good episode. Nunnally apears to be up to something. Suzaku did the right thing. the gay girl created a nuclear bomb, right? what will that have to do with the story. maybe lelouch did obtain imotality, but they're keeping it a surprise?

I guess I was a fool to think that this would be the ''reveal all'' episode. All that I got out of it was a really big 'HUH?' But judging from the dialogue, it doesn't appear that Lelouch got C.C.'s immortality. ''Why didn't you attempt to die with me as your replacement?!'' ''You were able to push the hell of eternal life onto me!'' ''Are you pitying me, C.C.?!''
Anyway, I thought the scene when the Emperor died and came back to life was great, even though the art was kinda crappy. Just watch, Ogi will bang his head on that prominently displayed rock and lose his memory, and R2 will jump back onto the deja vu train once again.
And finally, C.C. looked very creepy with those Geass eyes.

Yeah, but thus far most of the 2ch spoilers have turned up true. I wouldn't surprised (and it's Sunrise after all) if they do indeed end up being true.

Well I was going by MDM's logic when I said that. As far I'm concerned, well he's definitely lost Shirley, no doubts there. Kallen he's hopefully only temporarily lost (but even that doesn't seem to be a big deal to him since he's been so slow to get her back). And C.C. he's only lost in a sense. Yes, she's still C.C., but she's not the C.C. that he knew. In fact I'm wondering if this "new" C.C. will prove to be more of an asset or a liability.

The "korean blog post" spoilers seem to hint at that happening, but also suggest it's "unconfirmed". Suffice to say I think it would be overkill and wouldn't have a lot of impact…given all the horrible losses Lelouch has gone through in his life and the fact Nunnally has been separated from him for all of R2, it will just be more "how can we make this worse" writing on Sunrise's part and lacks the sort of "oh god" we saw from R1 with Mao.
It's like killing of the Dai-Gurren Gang in Gurren-Lagann after ten episodes of not focusing on them. Nobody really felt much for their sacrifice.

I saw it when it aired but sadly so all of the Korean blog spoilers have been dead-on, so much of the excitement was drained away. The next four episodes have been spoiled for me and I have to study for an exam anyway so it doesn't matter either way.

I doubt it. If Lelouch had been peaceful, Charles will have easily succeeded in bringing the world to Ragnarok - by fighting he's going to save the world even if that wasn't his original intent.
Geass' theme is "either or" I feel, either be peaceful or be warlike and do not be a hybrid since both will not gain victory. Lelouch breaking down in Turn 16 is his first real attempt to backtrack after getting a ton of horrible stuff shoved down his throat in this season, it's gonna backfire.

Crossword was right to say avoiding it, but it was easier said that done. NewType and other magazine spoilers are limited - they're enough to give slight hints to the future and wet the whistle during the week long wait, but not large enough to spoil a ton of things.
The "Korean blog spoilers" were absolutely awful though. Really, there shoud be laws punishing that kind of info leakage. :|
