@Cyringohn:
Something about this sentence seems off.
Hmmmmmmm.
Sorry, I meant monkeys not monkey.

You can't get anything past me, boy.
My eyes are like a hawk's. A CARROT-GORGING HAWK.

Am I the only one who thinkss the N64 game this month is the 1st SSB game?
-
hahahaha Toshiya finally got a Wii! :D So happy now. So next is to get games.

Well, the obvious recommendations I can make are Twilight Princess and Mario Galaxy, but I'd suggest saving some money for Brawl.
-
Or Metroid Prime 3.
If you've missed out on the first two, don't worry. You can still understand the story ok. -
Only get Twilight Princess if you seriously like Zelda. I just jumped on it because I thought it looked cool…
-
Only get Metroid Prime if you like FPS or like Metroid of course.
-
kind of random… but my friend has been looking for a Wii, I'm guessing the only chance of him getting one would be Ebay, or constantly calling at this point, right?
-
Copied from neogaf copied from somewhere else
This is what freeloader does, confirmed by codejunkies staff, who actually investigated my questions when I asked about it, TESTED it, and then called me back:
• WII FREELOADER IGNORES ALL REGION-CODING.
• WII FREELOADER IGNORES ALL WII UPDATES ON A WII GAME DISK (INCLUDING SUPER SMASH BROS. BRAWL).
• WII FREELOADER IGNORES THE NECESSITY OF CHECKING FOR GAME UPDATES; THUS ALLOWING THE GAME FILES TO BE PLAYED SAFELY WITHOUT ANY RISK OF BRICKING YOUR WII CONSOLE.
• CODEJUNKIES STAFF HAVE CONFIRMED TO ME, BY PHONE, THAT IF A WII FIRMWARE UPDATE SOMEHOW BLOCKS THE WII FREELOADER, THEY WILL SEND YOU AN UPDATED WII FREELOADER FREE OF CHARGE WHEN ONE IS CREATED, AS LONG AS YOU HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE OF YOUR ORIGINAL COPY OF WII FREELOADER. -

Sounds like a lot of trouble.
-
Wow, that sounds really good. I should definately buy one sometime.
-
Consider the Wii Loader bought now that I know it ignores Nintendo's updates. I was scared Nintendo would block it after certain updates. Good stuff (prays for a JUS game on Wii)
-
What are the VC games or did they get posted on this thread already?
-
The info I've dug this time around seems kinda iffy but we're looking at…
River City Ransom -- NES (500pts.)
Super Turrican -- SNES (800pts.) -
Never mind, its just Super Turrican today.
-
Only one release this week?
Are they whittling it down from two VC releases a week, to only one?
Crap. -
Never mind, its just Super Turrican today.
Only one game this time
i liked it better when it was 2/3 games a week

Another channel for Japan.
I hope the US consoles get this feature -
Besides probably buying a ps3 in the future, i may buy a wii to..
I have 2 sisters that both own one, and it's quite fun. But i prefer a normal controler above the wii-mote. Now, the thing i'm wondering is are there many games that support a normal gamecube controler? And besides brawl, are there anymore great titles coming up? As in Adventures or RPG games? The reason i'm afraight to buy one, is the same thing that happened to my cube - and that is only a handfull of good quality games. -

-
It sounds like cable defeats the purpose of this channel. =I
-
I heard of the TV thing at Gametrailers. At first I was like, "neat"… Then a minute later, I was like, "...no." And yes, cable/satellite pretty much renders this pointless. Nintendo should spend more time making (non-mini game/"casual gamer") games or Wii hardware upgrades.
-
haha im thinking of gonna get this game when I get my freeloader :

Jesus Christ man. Eustace should get that checked out.

More like one. He's Carter, what did you expect?
-
"One day, while cleaning the hallways, you meet Mary, a cleaning spirit. She tells you of a sinister plan that a particularly evil organization has hatched to utilize the powers of the Dirt Devil to dirty up the school."
lmao, thats some plot!

Wait...it says that it's the first Genesis game for VC.
But there're already Genesis games on VC...right? -

New VC games for Monday:
DoReMi Fantasy: Milon's DokiDoki Adenture – SNES/Import (probably 1000 pts.)
Puyo Puyo 2 -- Genesis/Import (probably 900 or 1000 pts.) -
Ooh, I have a translation patch for DoReMi, but never got around to playing it. Never expected it to show up on the VC.
Milon's Secret Castle was a pretty flawed game, but it had some cool ideas behind it, and I was always curious as to how the sequel tooled with them.
-
Puyo Puyo 2 is what Mean Bean Machine WAS before it came to the US.
-
Wow, I had no idea (previously) Japan-only licensed games were possible.
-
Does the Wiimote save the data you have on your games? I heard it does with Mii's and I was wondering if it was with your game data too.
-
@DougyDougyGiro!*:

No, Mii's and controller settings for Brawl are the limits of saving anything to you're remote. It can't be used as a fully functional storage device.

New VC games for Monday…
Super R-Type -- SNES (800 pts.)
Spelunker -- NES (500 pts.) -

I have spelunker(if its the same as Lode Runner)and R-Type looks ok,but not a game of my intrest -
I've already got Super R-Type. Picked it up at a Good Will for $3 a couple of months back. :s Looks like ANOTHER passing week for me. I might grab DoReMi, though.
-
Super R-Type is too hard, play R-Type III instead.
Spelunker fails for Donkey Kong jump physics (fall more than your jump height and you fucking DIE)
