maybe a couple more weeks?
WWE and other fed: Disccusion

I know. Anyway tonights Raw was way better then the ppv on Sunday in my opinion. Setting up stuff for Surivor Series and beyond. I'm having a feeling Shawn is going to get Screw over at Survior Series. Since this year is the 10 year anniveristy of the Montreal Screwjob.
-
Now it's Lanuch 19.
19 could mean anything
AI,10,8 or S11/19
or.
19 DAYS UNTIL HIS RETURN TO WWE. 19 days is
11.18 SURVIVOR SERIES.Nah…
-
Hm, I would have figured we'd have an Elimination Chamber at SS due to the 5-year anniversary, but yeah, they'll probably do a Screwjob angle instead.
I kind of doubt Jericho will come back at SS, that's Edge's return show. Maybe the day after…
I don't know, I'm getting really impatient now.

Boogeyman is back. xD

O_____O
! Batista vs. the Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match for the World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series was announced at the ECW/Smackdown tapings tonight. source: pwmania.com
! I believe this was the match that was supposed to happen at Judgment Day before Taker got injured. It's good to see we're still getting it. -
holy crap =0 HIAC, sounds good, and well about Jericho, I don't think he's coming back at SS, I think WWE is gonna keep on teasing us and then make him come back at the least expected moment.

Which one's Brooke
Anyway, apparently Jericho's return is being held back so he can bulk up and get in better shape. Apparently he's only around 200 pounds right now. That would make sense, he has been off for two years.
-
Yeah, a Hell in a Cell sounds great since we haven't had one for awhile and this year is also 10 year anniversity of the first one between Undertaker and HBK at In Your House: Badd Blood.
-
O.O How is DH smith already Suspended? Thats a definite shocker! :(
–----------------------------------------------
STAMFORD, Conn., November 2, 2007 – In accordance with its Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy, WWE today suspended the following performers for violations: Chris Mordetzky (Chris Masters) for 60 days (second violation) and Harry Smith (DH Smith) for 30 days (first violation).

I missed Smackdown. What happened?
-
- Batista/Taker HIAC got announced for Survivor Series
- Kane won against MVP (in precisely their millionth match, I think), Matt is back in action next week
- Mysterio beat Jamie Noble in a disturbingly close match, Mysterio vs. Finlay next week
- Batista/Taker beat Mark Henry/Khali by DQ after JBL interfered

R.I.P Moolah :cwy:
–------------------------------WWE is saddened by the passing of Hall of Famer Fabulous Moolah.
In the world of women’s wrestling, there will always be one irrefutable legend that stands head and shoulders above the rest: The Fabulous Moolah. She was the longest reigning champion in the history of her chosen sport, or any sport for that matter. And with more than 50 years in the business to her credit, she established a legacy that will never be forgotten, making her name synonymous with female wrestling.
WWE.com will have more on Fabulous Moolah as it becomes available.
Credit to WWE.com -
Oh shit.
Fabulous Moolah was a great female wrestler. That's saying a lot for me. Not to sound sexist, but I'm not too interested in the WWE's women division.
You will be missed, Lillian Ellison.
-
Damn just damn. Rest in Peace, Moolah.
-
Wow, Moolah's death seems so…sudden. They way she and Mae Young moved around the ring the last few years, you kinda got the feeling she'd be around for years. I guess that eye-surgery might have taken something out of her...
I'm hoping WWE will have a small memorial for her on RAW, maybe a women's match in her name (a good one), or at least a picture of her during the show.
God willing, her finals moments were peaceful. She'll be remembered, and missed.
-
Sorry for the double post, but I had to say this. Best opening 15 minutes to RAW in history.
"This is worse than that Katie Vick storyline." I lol'd HARD. XD
Also, very glad they did the 'In Memory Of' image splash for Moolah. She deserved some recognition from them tonight.
-
Indeed, Raw was great tonight. Santino made me die of laughter when he mentioned J.R's Oraganism and then they show J.R. xD. The Katie Vick Reference was great as well.
-
I was lucky enough to be there live! I admit, I enjoyed the show, and the entire set was fun to be at.
But, as a huge Orton fan, I have to show my disdain for Orton having no lines.
-
Definitely one of the best RAW's in awhile, everything seemed to click together tonight. A good mix of matches and storyline development, plus a little audience participation became a winning combo! Hardy and Rey Mysterio were a great tag, as I think everyone expected. A high-flying tag team if there ever was one! The videos for Fabulous Moolah (I'm SO glad they did one for her, and nice to see the audience give her one last chant) and the music vid for Jeff Hardy/Lostprophets were incredibly well done and kept your interest.
As always, DX was a bright star tonight; even if they're 'getting a little old', HHH and Shawn are a dynamic comedy duo on the mics and that won't change. Always fun when Shawn brings out the 'Christian Daddy/Husband' personality; I laughed real hard over his 'Dora the Explorer' line. And I have to admit, Santino's got massive mic skills, especially when he's playing off someone else in the ring. He and Stone Cold were real fun to watch banter, I don't even think the beer truck was needed to make it a winning segment (but I'm sure the guys liked Maria getting beer-bathed, so I'll give it to them).
Y'know, I don't even think RAW needed Jericho tonight. Which is a good thing, but I'd still kill to see him sooner than later. Another new video, 'The answer is in the code'. Curiouser and curiouser….
So yeah, 4 star-quality programming on RAW this week. Hopefully WWE can keep it up, especially with the writer's strike coming up, they may have a chance to lure in some new fans!
-
Yeah with there is a rumor that Raw might air on NBC with the strike and stuff going on. So it might be intersing with the writer strike and stuff.
-
Odd..
–-------------------------
As first seen on WWE Mobile on AT&T, Shawn Michaels' Sweet Chin Music will be barred in his WWE Championship Match against Randy Orton.Raw GM William Regal granted WWE Champion Randy Orton’s request to ban Sweet Chin Music after Michaels knocked him out Monday night for the fifth week in a row. Under the stipulation at Survivor Series, if HBK uses, or attempts to use, his lethal trademark move, the match will be stopped immediately. He will be disqualified and never get another opportunity at Orton’s WWE Title.
However, the Legend Killer is not off the hook. On the heels of his blatant disqualification at Cyber Sunday against HBK, if Orton is disqualified at Survivor Series, or appears to attempt to get disqualified, he will lose the WWE Championship.
Tonight, you can see the exclusive video in its entirety live on ECW. Don't miss it!

WWE has come to terms on the release of SmackDown Superstar Chris Masters. We wish Chris the best in all his future endeavors.
Credit to WWE.com -
I saw Chris Masters getting fireing coming since he failed the wellness policy test twice.
-
Masters was asking for it; Technically he failed the test 3 times (I'm sure I heard he failed once while he'd been in rehab, and 2 more times).
And, well, you know what three strikes means…
-
I thought Masters technically failed four times. I really won't miss that guy at all, he had no charisma and couldn't go over as a good heel no matter how hard they pushed him.
Apparently Carlito is requesting a release because of the direction of his character, so don't be surprise if he's released next week.
And Booker's going to TNA, presumedly debuting as Sting's partner at Genesis.
-
Another commercial for Break the Code. This one featured the phrase "Break the walls, and 6 days. Plus, I thought I saw Jericho's name. :D It's him.
-
ok my predictions were right…. HOW WAS I CORRECT ABOUT THIS? O.o
-
Wow, the crowd really seems to be into the show tonight.
And AUGH, I missed the Code video when I was picking up my sister. D<
-
A new video says everything will be revealed next Monday.
-
The video was "6 days, 23 hours, 33 minutes" with about half an hour left in the show, so expect Jericho to show up at about the halfway point of next Monday's Raw.
-
It can't be anyone else besides Chris Jericho, cause it said "Break_the_walls" Is it possible that WWE has seriously dropped the ball with this obvious hint?
-
Maybe the WWE decided to just give up denying it's Jericho, and do the most obvious clues (Break_the_walls, 9+1=Y, J+1=9) to let us know? I don't think the company would pass any video they didn't want played, especially considering how pissed Steph was over the Jericho leak in the first place.
In any case, I'll have to get my DVD recorder ready for next Monday night; Fort Lauderdale is gonna have the roof blown off that arena, and I want it to be rewatchable forever.

XD XD XD ..WWE has jumped too far on this one
http://www.gerweck.net/news/1194971630.shtml -
RATS! You beat me to it, Kaizoku! XD
From Wrestlezone.com:
WWE has confirmed the return of Chris Jericho before it actually happened. The latest issue of WWE Magazine features Chris Jericho on the cover with the tag line “Chris Jericho: The real story behind Y2J’s shocking return”. On the cover photo Jericho is shown plugging in two power cables. The magazine will hit newsstands later next week.Sometimes I wonder if the WWE hires chimps. I mean, REALLY; why put the biggest return of the year on a magazine cover the same week he returns? You KNOW subscribers will get the issue first and leak it. YOU KNOW THAT.
But damn if Y2J doesn't look GOOD.

Cena interview about CNN
http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/cenarespondstocnn -
I saw Jericho on CNN a few days ago.
-
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that there was an incident at last night's Smackdown taping in Wichita, KS involving JBL ripping The Miz and John Morrison for the color commentary they were doing during the CM Punk vs. Jamie Noble match on ECW. JBL was also said to be upset with Miz and Morrison's ring work during the WWE Tag Team Title Match taped for Friday Night Smackdown against MVP and Matt Hardy.
According to reports, JBL told Miz and Morrison that both owed an apology to Punk, MVP and Hardy for making them look bad. The Miz reportedly apologized, but Morrison told JBL to "mind his own business." Morrison is said to have apologized to them later though. The situation was described as being quickly broken up before anything serious went down.

Booker T is on TNA now! :D And on the plus side, he's dropped to King gimmick and returned to his old self. Joy!
-
Since Survior Series is this Sunday. I thought I would post this classic Survior Series moment.

Poor Matt Hardy.
! He and MVP lost the tag titles to John Morrison and the Miz. Afterwards, MVP attacked Matt's severly injured leg, even slamming it into the steel steps. Matt had to be escorted out of the ring by several referees.
-
Oh no…..................
MIAMI – WWE.com has learned that Matt Hardy has been receiving treatment all weekend long after sustaining a knee injury at the hands of MVP Friday night on SmackDown.(WATCH) There is no word about the severity of Matt’s injury, and WWE.com has been unable to attain a definitive statement on Matt’s status regarding tonight’s match. After the vicious attack by his former tag team partner this past Friday, Hardy did fly to Florida but has yet to be seen at the American Airlines Arena, the site of tonight’s Survivor Series pay-per-view.

Man, this is the second PPV Hardy's been stuck missing due to injuries. Hope this won't be a trend. D:
-
The Rated R Superstar is back!! Woot!!
-
I kind of wish the HIAC had ended cleanly, but Edge interfering was expected. Good thing Edge is back, God he's awesome.
Oh, and Matt's injury this time around was only kayfabe, so that's kind of lame.
Jericho's back tonight…YES. Two shots of Canadian charisma in two nights. I wonder who he'll be feuding with though.
-
Yeah, I knew this latest injury of Hardy's was just part of the storyline. Still, fake or not, the 'injury' kept him out of a big role in SS last night. I understand keeping him out of Cyber Sunday with those stitches, but why pull him out of another PPV, and a large role in it at that? (the elimination match is THE Survivor Series match) Hope they give him a good push for keeping him out of this.
gets her DVD player ready for recording If Jericho doesn't show tonight, I quit WWE. For serious. )< As for feuding, I'd probably go with Orton, seeing as he's got the belt and all. But we might be surprised…
And I'm rather stunned by this 'report' of sorts, saying Jericho isn't the savior, doesn't have the drawing power anymore. LOL WHUT? Okay, savior was a good catch phrase based on his first entrance to WWE, I don't think the companies using it literally.
But I gotta say, I can't see Jericho losing his appeal with the fans this fast. He took a break from wrestling, but it's pretty clear he's still loyal to it (unlike some others that left and never came back). In my mind, he's always been a superstar you aren't disappointed in when it comes to entertainment. The mentions of him not being a draw with the belt, and being a high-mid carder in the roster? I just DO NOT agree with that. He's been in the ring with the Rock, Shawn Micheals, HHH, and easily held his own. That doesn't integrate with 'mid-carder' to me. And WWE wouldn't have let him have so many championships if they didn't think he had the drawing power.
He might not be the end-all of WWE's problems right now, but dammit, he sure as hell won't hurt matters!
EDIT: Anyone else get the feeling this 'passing of the torch' deal will have something to do with our boy Y2J's return?
