I have found that http://www.minitokyo.net/ is a great resource for high quality images, although I don't believe I've seen any DVD scans in the OP section. Many are shitajiki scans (three of the images you needed, Fine, were from shitajiki) and scans from other sources. You do have to register and are limited to five downloads per day, but it's another option for OP images if you can't download from animepapers.

I've thought about submitting some of my own scans to animepapers, but they lost me after their crazy submittal process.

Hi there, I'm searching for a big, good quality picture of the Baroque Works' logo in pirates flag form, like this:

It hasn't to be very big, just nice quality with no pixels etc. It would be nice if the word "Baroque" wasn't there, but it doesn't has to be. Whatever, I hope someone here has a good picture of what I call one of the coolest uses of wings and swords ever.

Okay so

I got this all capped and everything, now the only problem I'm having is the fecking huge filesize. I've tried a few different variations with different amounts of layers, and so far the nicest/smoothest ones went at about 70-90 kb.

I could cut a few layers out if I figured out how to stall a layer (It looks much nicer to me if you give it a half second or so pause before looping). I used to be able to do that on PSP, but I'd have to look all over for the install disc for that.

Anyways, this is the nicest one so far. It's huge. I'll see what I can do about reducing it without making it look sucky.

Oh, so the enormous file size isn't too much?

Edit: I found a way to knock it down to about half or so of that size without too much quality loss. It's a bit of a pain in the ass, but I'll stick that version in the avatar thread once I do one.

zerocustom, hope this helps. The Franky's flag is from the SBS pages of Vol 47. I think Greg mentioned on the Vol 47 thread that this is Franky's official flag - but you may want to check the thread just in case I misread something. Robin also has an alternate flag, but the only pic I have of that version is miniscule. If I find one I'll send it along…or hopefully someone else on the board has it?

Heh, as a matter of fact from someone's avatar on this board i believe.

It was someone that had a .gif of all the skulls as their avatar. But frankys popped up and i was like PICOW! screenshot.

(hence the size and quality)

That's awesome, zerocustom! I really admire your ability to work with such small pics. I like to vector but can't handle working with tiny pics like the one you started out with.

haha yea, it was a bit ridiculous, but i felt there was enough material there to start with.

(that robin one, however, appears to be not doable. (though i would only need to make one hand and replicate it. )) Maybe i'll try it when i'm done with the others.

Also should i leave the hair (franky's) as it is? or clump it together like in the original?

(on second thought, i think robin's is doable if i start with sanji's skull as a base, but man would a slightly bigger version be awesome lol; the hat brim might have something special goin on with it.)
