As you probably know, the Shichibukai are the strongest people who work for (or is part of) the World governemnt. I find it hard to believe that they will be selected to be Shichibukai because there have to more to them then everyone else. then how about this, could it be that the Shichibukai also have a new hidden arts of fighting (something that is more advanced to the Roushiki). That is other then Crocodile, since he is probably is a criminal from the start (or unless his power is enough to be one of them, but he didnt need this new power because he's powerful enough to be one)

Yeah, they have special abilities that make them unique: They're called Devil Fruits.
Perhaps you've heard of them.

oh this finally got a response?
Jedi_master: no the shichibukai is NOT part of the world goverment.
They are all criminals, pirates that has made a deal with the WG that got them sanctioned just like real privateers often were sanctioned by one country to attacking other countries trade vessels.
(i would suggest playing "sid miers pirates" to get a feel for it) -

_> No. Just no.
The Shichibukai all have diverse abilities, especially because some of them are Devil Fruit users. Having them all adopt the same fighting style would make it incredibly easy for skilled fighters to figure out their weak points, and plus, it'd just make them INCREDIBLY BORING.
T3h fail. D:
