This is not a suggestion for changing or improving the forums, so much as a friendly suggestion to all those (myself included) waiting for the next chapter or next spoiler to be found.
Please remain calm. There are several AP members who work diligently to bring all of us the latest One Piece news and chapters. They are considerate people for sharing, especially since nobody pays them to, and they seldom receive as much gratitude as they are due. They are also ordinary folks like the rest of us who have lives outside of Arlong Park. Sometimes, it takes longer for a new chapter to be scanned and uploaded than at other times, often due to factors outside of their control.
Don't take out your frustration on others. Let people have their say, no matter how much you disagree with them. Refute them with facts if they are totally mistaken and point out sources for your facts, so they know that it's not just your opinion, but please avoid flaming. Flaming does not improve your image, no matter how intellectually superior your insults happen to be. Besides, if something written on an online forum by someone you may not even know personally is so infuriating that it makes you reflexively post something inflammatory, it takes far less time and absolutely no typing skill to simply add them to your Ignore List.
Throw a party. If you have the free time while waiting, why not call up some friends, pool your resources, and do something as a group? You'll probably have as much fun, and it'll take your mind off of any 'delays'. If the hour is late and you can't get your friends together, check to see who else is online at that time and get a chatgroup going. If it just happens to be an ungodly early hour of the morning and you're one of five people on the entire site, then just surf the net-or take a nap, it will do you good.
These are strictly suggestions, and I have no authority, privilege, or strong desire to impose them on others. Some of this material may have been covered in more detail elsewhere.
