I'm considering renting this, I rented the last Budokai Tenkaichi and didn't get far in it (I own the previous 3 Budokai's.) Usually renting are 4-5 days, so can I get through this in it? I presume I could cause none of the others were really long.

Sweet, I downloaded this game because I've heard so much about it. Gonna go blast it later.

First time I rent it I got upto the Cell saga. It's a pretty long game.

The longness stems from the incredible volume of tedious matches they force you to fight. And somehow it's not as bad as the first in that respect.

Agreed, which is part of the reason I got rid of it. In my opinion Super DragonBall Z was the best DBZ fighting game, with Budokai 3 as a close second. Though I may get the PAL Wii version for the exclusive characters.
Woah Caracal? Haven't seen you around Daizex that much. Anyways, in terms of traditional fighting, Super DBZ is by far the best. But what I liked about B3 is that it was a combination of both traditional fighting (though kinda slumpy) & taking cues from the TV series. It's far from being the best fighter, but does a good job of pleasing both fans of fighting & fans of the series. Something Super DBZ lacks. Though I hear Shin Budokai improves upon the engine.
