What i do is do a "print screen"
Go to your desktop and hold ALT and press the Print Screen button right above the insert button. That takes a picture of your screen. Go to paint if you don't have photoshop and press Ctrl+v to paste the screenshot to paint. Save the picture as a JPEG and upload it onto a image hosting website or upload it directly onto the forums.
Tadaa!!
This works with the anything you have onscreen.
