Saint seiya netflix-toei remake.
A remake? Oh that sounds interesting. CG? Oh wait… TOEI? OH HELL NAW.
Cheap animation plus cg, here we goooo. lol.
No, I am sure Netflix will give them a nice budget to make it look significantly better than OP and DB Milki, I mean Super, but I still have zero hope for this CG remake.

Have you seen Toei's CG??
Here are some examples
!
I really don't like cgi trying to look like 2D like this. It just feels off…
Hopefully with this seasonal 12-eps format they will be less likely to reproduce the absolute unfaithful mess that was the second half of the movie.
But I don't want to be optismistic until I hear more of their plans.

Until now all we know is that they are adapting from Galaxian wars to Silver saints, which means no Gold saints unless this proves to be successful and pushes a continuation.
And for some reason episodes are 30 mins long.
Kaizou, on which chapters is Hinomaro Zumou currently?

To his credit he is not letting other people do it.
After going ham on saint seiya, I must admit that lost canvass, made by a different author, is way better than next dimension.
Its a case by case thing.

Maybe he should?:ninja:
Don't remember hearing too much positive stuff about last kenshin project of his.
Don't remember hearing too much positive stuff about last kenshin project of his.
Last two Kenshin projects are just short works to advertise its movies. So, I don't think those projects really count. Besides, this one is actually going to be first long Kenshin work after the original.
I haven't read Buso Renken nor the Embalbaming (…), but I've heard of people who really loved Buso Renken.

japanese fans love wci arc i guess
it seems to me only western fans hate big mom and wci arc
Western fans hate this arc? I really only saw people complaining about the Vinsmokes.
Vocal minorities on forums =/= western fans
From what I've seen most people are loving this arc.
and anyway that won't show on the manga sales. Dressrosa was much more hated for example

I really like that one by Sakamoto.
It is announced that Togashi Yoshihiro's unreleased work (called Akuten Wars) going to be released as two parts one shot on September/November Issue of Grand Jump Premium (drawn by Mizuno Hachi).

Togashi publishing Hunter x Hunter and a new work at the same time? is this the real life? XD
It was obvious but… He done just the story.
@Shinuki:
Togashi publishing Hunter x Hunter and a new work at the same time? is this the real life? XD
It is just based on the rough draft which he drew long time ago. It isn't like he worked on the one shot while working on HxH.
I know, i'm just joking about the situation kkkk

Wow, good job Dr. Stone!
Marie is still alive?
I'd assume it would have been canned a while ago. I guess Jump wants to give Tamura more time to wrap things up since Beelzebub was a fairly successful series.
There's also the fact that Poro and U19 existed as well, quality or pedigree, they were up to the chopping block first.

It's 2 round of new serialization like usual. It's just that since it was in the batch of 6 it takes a bit longer than usual to have the second one. Robot x Laserbeam on the countrary seems to make a recovery.
I was not expecting that huge jump from RxL. I've actually been getting more and more bored with each passing chapter of it. Incredible to see Dr. Stone get to the top, I hope it keeps improving its quality and stays with us for a while, maybe longer than Ansatsu Kyoshitsu. That and Neverland are a breath of fresh air for Jump, different from the usual shonen formula, and I'm glad that the japanese audience is enjoying them as well. Also looking forward to Gintama's approaching finale, it's bound to be great. Only OP and HxH will be left from before 2012, which is crazy, when one looks at the magazine's lineup of less than 3 years ago, as Naruto was ending.
