I could understand that for the recent one, but the one sent in late Feb couldn't have taken that long, even with the holidays that they have there.

The rare occasions i used unregistered, i always had problems -_-
The only advice i can give you is if take 2-3 weeks to arrive normally, you need to harass your local post office every day if you get nothing after 2/3 weeks ( you give full adress and shipper, approximative size, shipping method, ect… ) !
I always found my lost unregistered package at my local post office, they keep them 10 days thenif not claimed, it goes back to the seller.
I can speak only for french post thought....

I'd hoped my earlier package would've been sent back to amiami by now, but nothing so far. The post office in my country usually drops off a delivery receipt card for undelivered items so people can go to the post office to get it themselves. Nothing either. Then again, it could be due to the golden week holidays, I don't know. I wouldn't think something like that would affect the transit time at least.

so any news on the Sengoku P.O.P. from the Grandline shop? is it because he's not out yet? it really makes me weary of ordering anything else online, and probably will just super over pay at conventions from now on T__T this is so stressful.

Seriously though, you can't blame them. The problem here is how 1Up handles the situation. I have kept my mouth shut for 3 months and waited patiently. But I am also waiting for Levi and as everyone else, I also paid the full amount. Yet there is nearly no update, peoples messages at facebook get deleted, people's questions are ignored etc. this is all too much. Any shop with respect towards their customers would keep them updated on a regular basis (not just a little message here at the forum, but one at facebook, one at mfc and so on. The best way would be to just send an email to everyone who ordered him. That really shouldn't be a problem.), answer their questions asap no matter how often you get the same questions AND allow the customers to cancel their order including a refund. 1Up, I am by no means being impatient or unfair here but you need to refund your customers. If you ignore them much longer, you'll really destroy your reputation or well, what's left of it. Coz lets be honest, it's already not looking good. While I still have some orders left with you (the latest is Eren and I only did that coz you PROMISED to change the distributor, and I expect that you'll get him on time and ship him immediately) I wouldn't recommend your shop anymore. I'm sorry to say that but I'm just being honest here.

No one said that. You just need to work on it. The most important part is the relationship with your customers. If you ignore them and don't communicate well, of course they get impatient sooner and won't overlook things like a delay that easily. This is especially true if you have them pay a 'nonrefundable' deposit. Of course people expect good service for their money. If you can't ensure that service in a timely manner, you have to take that step and offer refunds for people who want to cancel. This is how business works. It might have set you back a bit but customers wouldn't have been that angry. I mean, would you buy from a shop which ignores your messages and questions? Would you return as a customer if that shop took your money but you haven't seen the product you bought even though it has already been released for 3 months? Right now many customers worry if they will even receive what they ordered. I worry too. Treat your customers like you want to be treated and people will return.

For what it's worth, I ordered Mihawk Ver 2 POP (because that price was so good) from 1up @ TGLS April 18th, and got it in a week. No problems, arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with the process. It was like ordering from any of the main shops. That being said, I'm seeing 1Up being roasted alive on various forums… and while I can understand everyone's frustrations, I believe it's up to 1up to make the final choices in this matter to benefit everyone. Communication is key. He's not a scammer, or asshole or whatever. I just believe he's overwhelmed at the moment, and on top of that had big supplier issues with Sentinel. At this point as others have suggested, I would cut your losses, send out some refunds and be sure that you can acquire stock next time before taking on the orders. If you'd like a venue to openly discuss the situation without being roasted, would you like me to organize a post about it on MFC? I'll manage it so that we can all discuss everything there without people verbally cutting you open with their pitchforks in a mob. It'd give you a chance to broadcast the entire situation and hopefully resolve some issues people still have, let me know if that works for you.

Kolektakon is good for MegaHouse stuff, but Louis doesn't seem interested in expanding to the huge variety of lines you carry. TGS closing would be a real tragedy.

The reason I'm not carrying BP merchandise yet isn't because I'm "not interested," but because I don't do anything unless I'm dealing with a 100% reliable source. I've not found that for BP yet and I don't feel like dealing with price gouging middlemen. If I can't get in bed with a manufacturer themselves then it just isn't worth the trouble for me. Slow and steady wins the race~ Stay tuned!

The simple and easy thing to do was/is to say : " Ok, guys, concerning Levi, i encounter a problem, give 1 month and if i can't fix it, i'll refund everyone"
Ignoring people don't help anyone, believe me, deleting their Facebook or disable the Facebook board neither :/
Talk with us man, we are reasonable ! But a simple : "i have supplier issue" 3 weeksago isn't enought communication after 3 months.

All existing orders/preorders will be fullfilled before the close fown, no need to worry about this, i go clean and not dirty.
I cannot do that to my supporters that sticked with me from the beginning to the end.

There's actually a half-truth to what he said. I did ask him back in early (or was it mid?) 2012 if he knew where I could purchase Banpresto merchandise at wholesale values for my shop. I don't think 1UP sent me to a middleman on purpose though since he was still a little bit wet behind the ears himself at that point in time.

I remember louis asking for a link to purchase BP products in wholesale, he said it was for him and his friends to comsume, like bulk buying for there friends he said, he even would be pay me for it he said, was that true louis?

Most BP products come in cartons of 25 units, or 80 units in the case of WCF. I don't have that many friends, dude. Won't name any names but there are maybe 5 people on this entire forum that I keep in regular contact with. I don't even think most of them collect BP merchandise, lol.

And im the one who getting threatened and grilled on daily basis and top of that the supplier is bullying me and keep me in the dark and dont give me conrete awnser s and info also.

There should be no downfall 1up.
You did a great job with your shop and made happy a lot of people.
There is absoluty no reason that you don't continue like that !
Something similar happened with Sadi-chan and you fixed it.
The only problem i see is Sengoku and Levi, it's 2 figures among tons…
Don' t let this matter ruins everything else !
I understand you have a supllier issue but it's not customers fault, if its not possible to get these figures, just refund them and it will be over and time will bring you better days, sometime you win sometimes you loose but this can't be the end of all your work just for 2 figures...
And for god love, make the effort of communication, no one hate you, there is only hard feeling for being left in dark.(Like you hate being left in dark by your suplier).

Mine is appearantly sitting at customs in Frankfurt but the status hasn't been updated for more than a week. :/ At least he's in Germany. I hope he doesn't get lost.

The method 1up uses has a basic tracker, you may want to use the tracker for your local destination to find the best up to date information.

I haven't posted in a very long time, but thought I'd add in my experiences of late with TGLS.

Other than getting my POP orders a few months late, things have been ok. He even sent me the wrong figure by mistake and let me keep it and sent me the correct one as his cost. 1Up's also replies to my messages with in a couple of days. I'd be sorry to see the store go, so hopefully I do get my last figures that I have preordered.

Also I have received my Zoro Z POP about two few weeks back Ninth. I think he just recently sent out Sengoku's POP as that's the only other item I had on order with him that was out.

I really hope you won't close your shop, TGLS was the best way for me to keep collecting when POP's prices went up plus you offer lot of interesting things such as GrandLine and MSP (I'm even waiting for the Banpresto Devil's Fruit). Everything with it has always been perfect, even the Kid issue, you just have to improve the communication and maybe accept less orders or search for someone who can help you.
I know it's your business so you have to do what's better for you, but please don't give up for some problems, you're a great help for european people who can't pay big prices for POPs and other things. Keep up the good work. :D

Shame it is a bank holiday for us tomorrow, but at this rate, I may still get it on Monday, which is less than a week!! And that's all for £10! ($15/1,500 yen). Registered shipping Via UPS!! Plus Sengoku was only £55 ($90/9,000 yen)

My new favourite shops are Crunchyroll and CDJapan! Hopefully they get some good prices for the upcoming POP pre-orders!

Congrats!!! I can't order from Crunchyroll, they won't ship to my country, but they have really good prices. I don't like CDJapan though, their shipping for bigger figures makes no sense at all…. It's a good store for bargains on SALable figures though. I'll be watching Marco MAS there.

Hey hey, as expected my Sengoku from C Roll arrived yesterday!! He is great, but I haven't had a chance to unbox him or take any pictures yet.

Hopefully I will get a chance at the weekend….................

I hope C Roll get more of the LIMITED figures up..............Since they didn't seem to get Kaku......and so far their is no news on Cavendish.......

I may have to order them from Louis! Although 1,480¥ for unregistered shipping from NY may be pretty hard to beat, the figure is $10 more there........

Oh really, that's good to know! Really toying with the idea of ordering Cavendish! and I see you have put the 50% deposit option back! Which is good news for my wallet….....$47.48 now might be manageable..........

I'll have to see what my options are for Law Ver.2 first...........at least I can afford to leave Bellamy for while so I'll only have to pay for Rebecca and Cavandish in August........also need to remember I still have Marco to pay for next month :(

I feel I have closure for 2013 now and we're finally going into the figures from Autumn 2014 with the release of Marco and Kaku next month!!

Really glad I chose to pass on Kaku…...my poor wallet wouldn't be able to take it!!

Hey 1UP. I was wondering what happened to the MSP Kuroko. I thought he would be available at the End of April and I already paid shipping, but he's still at "pre-order status" on your site. Was he delayed? I'm curious.

My MSP Law is already in Frankfurt, Germany though and I really hope he will arrive soon. Everything went fine till now. I'm already so excited to get him, as well as I'm looking forward to my MAS Marco I ordered from you. I actually quite like your shop, because it's a paradise for One Piece supporters and collectors, but that Sentinel Rivaille/Levi issue got me quite a bit as well. Still, I'm quite sure everything will go fine in the end, at least I hope so.
Good luck and keep up the good work. Don't let something like this take you down too much even though it might be hard lately. :)

Generally yes if Amazon themselves are carrying the product, but you still need to exercise a bit of caution when it comes to the third-party sellers who are also retailing the same goods on Amazon.
