Yes! My Vivi has been shipped by Hobbysearch!!! Fingers and toes crossed that it only takes 10 days to arrive!! I'd love to have her before Wonder Festival weekend!!
On the subject of shipping, 1Up, it's been a week since you posted the Aokiji, but sadly the tracking number is still not working….........I don't know whether there is a problem at the post office, but I hope they all left HK safely.
I'll continue to be patient and will only start panicking if he isn't here by next week....................thanks in advance

That's not what i'm saying ^^'
In France for example, when i sell something to someone outside france, i make my package then i put the infos on the website and i get a tracking number but i have no obligation to let the package at post office the same day ;)
I supose it's the same worldwide.
Imagine you have to stay at post office with 200 package to be registered before getting 200 tracking numbers one by one xD
The easy solution is to input all data on the net then print a shipping invoice that already contain tracking then drop the whole at post office, they flash it and goes on. -
I don't think you should worry so much: yesterday 1up sent me the tracking number for Sadi, I don't know when he shipped her but today the code is working and it says the pack left HK. Lucci's code instead isn't still working.
Since for Lucci and Aokiji there were lot of orders it can happen to have some issue, which can be due to technical problems or human ones (he said the post office is small, so it's a single person job to activate all of those codes). Maybe I'm atypical as a collector, but I don't see this rush in having immediately something you know it's coming anyway in a week or two. Anyway in the end anyone has its priorities, I just don't bother so much. -

I speak for myself, but when I had to do works like activating lot amounts of code and in the morning I found out few new codes I would firstly do the new ones and then come back to where I was the previous day.

LOL I seemed to have done a little shopping spree… checking the registration numbers on them, all of them have been 'at the post office waiting to be dispatched' since the 25th-ish (not sure, of course, about the packages that have no tracking, another 4). Of the registered ones, one is from Mandarake, one from my proxy (japan), 1 from 1Up (HK). I guess things are just backed up all around!
Somehow my Kolektakon package squeezed through the shipping conundrum and is in NYC after just having left HK a few days ago. Now to see if customs holds onto it for 7 days just like my other recent pakages. Customs don't even collect in the USA! Why do they want to keep my package, darn it!? They must secretly know how cleaning levi is the only figure I want now.
Not that it matters too much, things will arrive and I will have them... it's not like someone else can buy them while they're being shipped to me ahaha! Somehow I feel like I haven't actually purchased anything until it's in my hands though. Very odd.

You said you dropped them at post office with Aokiji before january the 20th, 15 days after the tracking still not working.
We are willing to support you but it works on both ways, at least tell us what's happening :'( -
[Status Update Regarding The Shipments Of: Excellent Model Portrait.Of.Pirates ONE PIECE “MAS” Rob Lucci (Leopard Ver.)]
I have been informed by the post office head office/hk customs that the shipment has been rejected duo improper packaging for me to qualified for the shipping service I paid for so it has been rejected, either they want me to pay the proper postage wich cost more or i have to re-pack/modify the boxes.
so now im awaiting the return shipment of the boxes to re-package/modify them, im probably going to have to re-order custom made boxes again for them, so unfortunately this shipment would be ready for re-shipment in middle or the 3rd week of February.
im terrible sorry for this super delay and problems, pls forgive me.
hopefully u can be patience again and supportive in this difficult time i have at the moment. -

It would be bad if you go and left him with an order you agreed to pay for, he is already offering free airmail shipment and most of the stores like amiami/hobby search and HLJ will never refund you if the item is paid and ready to be shipped…I think people should calm down and be a bit more understanding, 1up is all alone to bear with all those boxes and orders to offer us a great price, adding refund whining will not help him going faster : /

While I do understand that it's a hard situation, I do feel that you should communicate with your customers more 1Up. Many people can live with delays but no communication makes the impatient more impatient and acutally angry. Also, I know it's not your fault but one can't blame the customers either if they're tired of waiting. It might not be fair, but if people want refunds, I think they should get them.

Mr. Roro Chan… Patience? Chill? Really?
Mr. 1up has this item in stock from 24 December (41 days ago) and sent the invoices for this item on 22 December (43 days ago).
When you PO in TGLS you make the payment of $40 immediately and to make full payment have 10 days when he send the invoices. If you spend those 10 days and you haven't paid your order, you lose the item (and $40). That required patience by Mr. 1up is for the buyer, under any circumstances for the seller.
"New Year holidays" , "Chinese New Year holidays" , "custom boxes, "packages"… "I will ship end of week" , "middle of month"... You can have a problem... or two..., but 41 days (and now much more!) are many problems. And not only for this item. There have been delays with Sanji Z, Aokiji Z and will be with Vivi and Crocodile...
Is he alone? this problem has many solutions. But this can't be my problem. If Mr. 1up can't take 400 PO 400, maybe he has better service with 250 PO. He can trust someone to help him with the shipments... If after that he can't offer that price, then buyers decide if they buy or not. That's things works.
I've long time shopping. I bought a lot and I have had delays. But this isn't normal. So I ask for the refund.Stores like amiami , HS, HLJ ... can't refund when the order is ready to ship but these shops never take 41 days (and now much more) to send a order ready to ship. I'd just like to say that this isn't true, because more than once I had to ask him if he could delay the payment due to personal problems and he has always agreed, even if I paid one or two months later.

I speak in relation to the due date of the invoices. Rules are those. What it happens by personal favors is another story. People have lost figures and, in this same theme, Mr. 1up replied that had passed ten days.

What i don't understand is that we had POP boxes way more big than that, God i even had WB and Roger in same box so i really don't get how this Lucci can be a problem.
Knowing we already had such a long delay, he could have pay the difference for shipping, it can't be twice the price seriously… I would have pay 5 or 10 euros more to get it shipped and end this matters once for all !
What really make me mad is that it's been 2 weeks since i said something is wrong, 1up said : "stucked in queue small post office..."
No response further... Meanwhile we lost 2 weeks justto learn that it's stucked again at custom post office because of a "package size" ( isn't that the job of the post office to check that BEFORE it reach airport post office -_-' )
And now, it's waiting for shipping back to whatever place and then again order news custom boxes, ect ect and need 3 weeks more ?! I'm sorry but this is crazy, make absolutely no sense and look like a joke.So already a whole month lost already + 2/3 weeks to do whatever to ship plus actual shipping 1 or 2 weeks = at least 2 months to get an instock figure is way above normal or acceptable, no matter what problems he had this is too much.
I find the arguments particulary hard to believe for exemple since when everything is closed for Cristmas then "rest of the world new year 2 weeks then 2 weeks for chineese new years… ( Lucky us, HK does not celebrate every new year from every country with 2 weeks for each.

To be honest and fair, 1up must stop to ask for payment if he knows it's gona take him months to ship figures.
Seriously, i think we have been very patient but if Vivi don't leave HK by middle february the 16th then Chopper Horn Point was the last figure i pre-ordered there even if it saddens me but sometime things need to get serious when it's a real mess... And here here we are going from a mess to an other mess...
Good prices are a good thing but not at this cost and most of time without communication wich can only lead people to get mad and think the worse.On an other hand i don't know when Aokiji was really dropped at post office but it was scanned at HK january the 30th and i got it today ! 5 days at house xD !

I agree with diloul… I had made my experience (damaged boxes caused by tight packaging, canceled preorder, late shipment but early payment requests) and I switched to other sources for now. I appreciate what 1up is doing and he did a fine job but I think its getting to much for him now. I don't know how much profit is involved but it seems worth to keep business going in a large scale. What might have started as a service for fans is now a full time business and as such some things are quite unprofessional. Maybe because the lack of experience... I don't know.

I made many people that used to buy from japan switch to GLS just because he seems a good guy and i prefer fans small shops than pure bizness bigs shops and the prices are nices...
I've been a big suporter of 1up everytime he had difficulties and everytime my french fellows were raging i always cooled them down and ask for patience until i had enought off delays piliing on delays...

I've talked with 1up now. He tells me that I'll only refunded after he had resent the packages u.u', so I prefer wait for that day, when he resend the new boxes. At this point, I just want to finish the reservations with him and continue the collection.

On many other toys there are often a delay direkt from the manufacturer and you have to wait more than 2month so !
I also bought mas Licci from him and wait, but i have to learn that this is sometimes normal. I actually bought hot toys and now e.g they put the date of deliver 4 month back from february to july so i know i get the figure but have to wait a little longer where is the problem ?

Usually you'd get the figure sent to you once it's in-stock and roughly 2-3 weeks later you'd have it in your hands. But now he's still waiting for the figure to be sent again while having paid the full price already. If that happened once, okay, that's understandable, but it seems like it's become the standard recently. I can see why someone would get upset about that and would switch to a different, more professional shop.

I understand what his problem is and i know this. I also have the same problem with two other shops one in french and one in the netherlands, i payed the full price for the preorder in august 2013 and didn´t recieve any item until now.
Now info now answer to emails or phone.
I contact a lawyer in the meantime who help me to get my money back from both, so i really know what it mean to wait. thats why i say if you definatelly get the item is is ok to wait, instead of didnt know what will happend.

I agree with Diloul and Enzeru. Guys, seriously stop telling others to calm down and not to make a fuss. I would be pissed if I had to wait 2 months for my figure while everyone else aready received it. It's not about not receiving it coz there's a delay from the manufacturer, just as Enzeru said .. it's coz people paid for the item 40 days ago and even paid a deposit when placing the preorder. People rage about Nippon Yasan being slow to ship and they take like 5 to 10 days after release. Gladly I never had to wait 2 months for my figures. But all these delays paired with awful communication … no, that doesn't look professional at all.
I know a shop like that is a tough business but when you take peoples money (especially upfront) it's your responsibility to be as professional as possible and treat your customers with care and respect. If the workload is too much then take less orders but make sure the orders you take are fulfilled to everyone's satisfaction. If customers contact you, you take the time to answer them. And if you have to reply to 100 mails a day, you do just that coz those people trusted you with their money and they deserve it. It pays off of course. They will tell everyone what a great shop you run. Don't answer them, ignore them etc. and they won't be pleased and they won't take delays etc. as lightly. I still have orders with 1Up so I still haven't given up on his shop. But things need to change. :/ Otherwise his reputation will suffer more and more.

I've never asked anything. These are purchases. You have to be serious. You pay in a few days and you have to send in a few days. It seems that here, people don't do that. Clearly I was in the wrong shop. If I pay an item, I don't want receive it within three months. Things don't work so.
I'm not asking the impossible. I paid an item long ago and the fact that he offers free shipping isn't an excuse for take longer than 40 days (or 50 or 60) to send it. If you have a shop you have to be responsible enough.And I repeat (and I'll repeat) that if he's alone, that's can't be my problem!!.
