Well she said every memory is connected, and I believe that every chain of memory breaks if one breaks. Sora no longer existed. Kairi was connected to him though, and they made that very important promise together so they share a bond. Although she doesn't remember his face or name, she remembers his presence.
Oh! I figured out something.
! Since Namine is actually Kairi's and Sora's nobody and Kairi is still alive unlike most of the other nobodies' somebodies, they may share some memory together. And when Sora comes around from his slumber everyone start remembering him because the chains of memories are re-attached.

Bought swap magic 3.6, bought the game, started on proud mode, lvled all drives and summons, lvl 99, beat sephiroth at lvl 60, Jiminy's journal 99% (Damn stupid Twilight town poster race :X), got the secret ending even though I didn't finish the journal.

beating Seph isn't that hard… im trying it at level 53... mainly you need retaliation slash, and beserk helps a lot too
when he hits you from behind and you fly into the air, time your square just right and you'll hit him next before he hits you and then just hack away at him.

He's VERY VERY VERY hard if you're lvl 60 like I was. I had to spend a full day fighting him to master his moves. I died often when I was on the last health bar. I watched one video I found a lot of times to see and learn the strategies.
So, here's what you do:
Start with equipping this in the quick bar thingy, you decide what buttons are good for you:

And the best items you have Defense, Ap and strength wise.It's always good to be lvl 99 and if you are this is like snapping your fingers. But if you are brave like me and you like eating the masamune here's how you fight him
Phase 1 (first half of his lifebars)
Start by pressing triangle, or you'll be having the masamune for lunch.
When he decides to feed you to the masamune again, jump above him with high jump and use glide. If you manage to time it right you'll be landing right next to him while he's showing off his masamune to you. Bash him with a ground combo. If you can't time the glide thing, just jump and double jump.
When Sephiroth teleports right next to you and tries to fulfil his pervert needs to spank you so hard that you fly to the skies, this is actually a good thing. It only deals minimum hp but you can do a combo. When you go into the air, lock on and use retaliating slash (square) and follow it up with two horizontal slashes and then continue smashing with x and do the finisher. Sometimes you can do 2-3 slashes on him again while he's in the air.
If Sephiroth teleports from you, always lock on to see what he's doing. If you were doing a combo on him and he teleports, and right after he teleports you see that the screen darkens, press triangle instantly and do a ground combo.
When he teleports from you and is walking slowly, move far away from him and wait for the triangle command or spanking time.
-If Sephiroth manages to feed his masamune, jump away quickly and curaga yourself. (Avoid using elixir. If the MP bar is almost full just jump away and wait for it to fill.)
Phase 2 (Second half of lifebars - 5 lifebars left)
You will see this phase starting when Sephiroth will use his energy balls, and they're a PAIN IN THE ASS. You can reflect them away though with reflega. If you don't have MP, slash them away. After they some time has passed Sephiroth will do his combo. If this happens, the jump and glide trick will be your friend. The only exception to this is when he only spawns three balls and then he will do the reaction attack. Sometimes he spawns three balls and it doesn't happen though. You'll the difference by looking at him. If he is standing still he is going to go dark mode and feed his masamune. Otherwise he'll run at you.
Sin Heartless Angel. When he does this he will run at you, teleport far from you and float in the air and presents this move with words. DO NOT LET HIM FINISH THE WORD ANGEL! If he does, your HP and MP will drop to zero
. The easiest way to smack him while he's preparing it is either to double jump to him and slap him with the keyblade or double jump and glide and then slap him with the keyblade.When you're in the middle of your combo, sometimes Sephiroth will do his Fire Pillar attack from KHI, only now it has a magnetizm effect. You will be sucked in and to avoid getting sucked in just glide away. If you get hit you will get hit again and you will end up with 1 HP
Phase 3: Final
Sephiroth will turn purple and do an upgrade of his ground combo. He'll move faster as he's very fast now. Don't expect to hit him after he does a combo now. The only chances you get to hit him are during the Sin Heartless Angel and the reaction attack. His balls also get aggressiver and don't hesitate to stay in the air and mash the balls, because Sephiroth is gonna be beneath you, slicing up air.
His ultimate attack is the Meteor shower. He goes at the end of the cliff, it may look like he's doing the Sin Heartless Angel but he doesn't say the words. It's easy to avoid this but if you don't, you're screwed. Go far away from him and glide to avoid it.
When he has low hp and you think you can win him in 1 combo, just make sure you don't jump at him randomly to do one hitters, because it won't work. You have to defeat him using a finisher. I defeat him when he used the dark sky/reaction attack. It was pretty cool because it looked like I was pointing my keyblade to his heart.
OPTIONAL STRATEGY
Whenever you have the chance to beat Sephiroth up with your keyblade, just hammer him with trinity limit. And when you have the chance again, berserk charge him until your mp bar is full again and trinity limit him.
I didn't learn about this one until AFTER I beat Sephiroth so I won't be explaining it in details here. Although it will be easier because the berserk charge combo will be 3 times more effective than your normal combo.
Now after you've beaten him, talk to Cloud and then talk again to Sephiroth. You'll be rewarded with the Fenrir, best keyblade in the game strength wise. And no, negative combo doesn't ruin it. It looks really cool too. Enjoy!

yeah that's all good and well but I didn't have any of the drive abilities when I beat him the first time, just retaliation slash, beserk and all the combos I could have and I was at level 73

! The fight with Mansex disappointed me. His lightstick attacks were too aggressive, Sora's thrust attack had me going for a while but got old and Riku's penis stretch is pathetic! The dragon's actions had me for a while but I got out of it before he totally had it.

I remember when I was fighting Demyx in my last game, I had a hard time with beat 10 forms in 10 seconds because twice Donald and Goofy were KOed and I wasn't able to beat 10 without them… should be interesting to see if I can do it this time around.

Sephiroth was honestly much easier then his KH1 counterpart. All you need is reflecta,air dodge lvl 2, quick run lvl 2, finisher plus, air recovery and your usual attacking stuff. Combo plus and air combo plus are optional. Just make sure your finisher comes out before he teleports away.
Right at the start, ram triangle when he does his multi slash combo. Start knocking him with your finisher. Now hang around far away from him. He should start slashing towards. Now air dodge up and do your attack(without hitting him), you should avoid his attacks completely. Now hit your finisher again. He should repeat this quite often. Sometimes he will knock you into the air with a teleport, quickly air recover and COUNTER his attacks in the air. He should also repeat this quite often. At times, he will surround you with annoying purple orbs, just hit Reflecta/Reflectga to get them out of your way. The moment he starts floating in the air and turns purple, air dodge to him PRONTO and smack him upside down. If you keep doing the above, you should be able to KO him quite quickly. I only got to see him do his pillar of destruction a few times, but to avoid it just quick run away. When he is about to die, his meteor attack will come, to dodge it, jump air dodge to the left and land. Now air dodge to the run and land. Repeat till he dies.
I beat him without using cure/items at all a few times. I'm going try him in proud mode soon but I wanna get my 100% completion first.

To me the hardest battle is Round 47 Hades Paradox Cup. 3 Giant Balls and 4 Crescendos. Harder then even Round 49, Sephiroth and all the Organisation XIII. Imagine have 16k points, spending 1 hour and about to complete the challenge when you get smacked upside down by 3 spinning balls. Fine jump and heal away and smack the crescendos, but noooo, they had to heal and the 3 balls come smack me again. Manage to have 1 hp left i quickly threw a Hi-Pot. Just when I threw it, they SMACKED me again. DOH! I was so damn frustrated I gave up and went to sleep.

Read a Hades Paradox Cup walkthrough and I saw no sephiroth and organization XIII...Round 49 was Cloud, Leon, Tifa, & Yuffie.

To finish the synthesis items. I had gotten many Orichalcums from Treasure chests, finishing synthesis material lists etc… But I needed only one to finish the "Save the King+" thus I said "last orichalcum". The Orichalcum+ were like stealing candy from a baby though.

Well, if you want a quick way of getting Orichalcum. Go to Colosseum, now enter the blue door. If no dispensers appear, run back, join a tournament, quit and go back to the blue door. Rinse and lather till you get them. Good way to master Summon and Valor at the same time.

Hate to revive this topic it I got to give my two cents on this game.Got it last week and I have to say it's pretty good, I especially like some of the boss battles although some of them can be a pain Demyx,Xaldin. I also liked how they turned Yuna,Paine,& Rikku into evil,cute,little fairies.

Roxas,Auron,Beast,Aladdin,Jack Sparrow, & Mickey OWN in this game.

I'm concerned…I've noticed ALOT of people state Demyz was a pain. I had absolutely no problem with any of the times I fought him...infact he had to be one of the easiest bosses in the game for me...

Demyx can be a pain the second time you fight him, I got so pissed off when losing to him a few times I actually had to leave Hollow Bastion for awhile but after reorganizing my battle strategy I spanked his ass, now Xaldin was another matter.

Is it true that you can play as Mickey Mouse?
Yes. When Sora dies during a sub-boss or boss fight, there will occasionally be a choice that pops up. Choose "I'll never give up!", and Mickey will appear to give Sora a second chance. While Sora is recovering, you'll play as Mickey and let me say that while he doesn't have as many flashy moves as Sora, his acrobatics kick total ass.
