Well I would call that more of a guess than a certainty, unless you had a role to base it on. Unless you're still holding back info.
Also guys, please unvote Holy for now. If I shoot someone other than Holy (like Huschel) and they flip town, the mafia could surprise-hammer Holy and win that night. For the record if not for this I'd have my vote on Huschel at this very moment.

Not going to point out humbly that it is actually Wooden who is not on the wagon (which incidentally, since I trust Wooden's claim and it would be a nonsensical mafia role, makes me even more wary of Bogart)? It's not further specified so I assume that I am bulletproof 24/7. Shooting me wouldn't really do anything. I do believe your claim though, Foolio. And you already kind of mentioned it: if you shoot a townie today we will instantly be at mylo. I guess we can talk about what to do then but I'd just urge people not to be too lynch-happy.

The problem is I have to sleep soon and I don't know if a mod is around to execute my shot any time soon. It's really lame, but I either basically have to shoot Holy which I think is not going to turn out well but it's still better than a lynch, or shoot someone like Bogart and just pray that if he flips town the Mafia don't have the means to lynch.
However, I would strongly encourage a lynch on you, Huschel. But that involves not shooting (or a good chance of wasting my only bullet).

The next morning, the committee assembled at the pub again for a long day of discussing and, hopefully, lynching. The sheriff was there too, quietly eyeing the six nervous faces. Six… she murmured to herself. The others had noticed it too: one of them had not shown up.
The bartender arrived to unlock the doors to his pub. An eerie silence greeted the group, and as they walked in they had to let their eyes adjust to the dark for a while, after standing outside in the morning sun. Slowly, they could make out a figure sitting at the big round table. The bartender opened one of the shutters, letting in a dust-speckled ray of light. A bloody corpse, seated on one of the chairs, stared back at the fear-struck group.

Alright guys. I would have been alright with getting lynched yesterday but now we can't afford to mislynch anymore.
Let's see: I trust Foolio because his power is easily proven. Same with Wooden. I don't know if we want the player who got a vest to confirm, it's probably not necessary.
I propose we have Foolio shoot someone today. If it's a townie we'd be left with 5 players and we'd have to lynch a mafia player. But we have to do that anyway. If he shoots mafia then we can lynch anyway.
Actually we can technically afford to mislynch today because after a mafia kill there would be 4 players left and there would still be a vig around. Killing me wouldn't help because my gun gets passed on after I die.
But maybe shoot + lynch makes the most sense, abstractly, because it's the same outcome of two town kills but without a mafia kill in between. Although, letting a maf kill happen thins out the shooting suspect list.
Either way this assumes random targets and I still think we should lynch Huschel. I would shoot him if he didn't claim Bulletproof.

It's also interesting to point out that Huschel did not notice Harvady's claim (to whom I must apologize, because in the end role-claiming lead to getting our doc killed with an incompetent town unable to achieve lynch). Therefore if he's scum, the other mafia was probably the one to notice. I wonder who the most likely people to pick up on it are.
I continue to be extremely uneasy about Bogart and his basic lurker status. Question for everyone out there: do you think Huschel is scum? Do you still think Holy is scum?

I am sort of expecting to die soon anyway from the mafia, but like I said my gun passes on so killing me wouldn't change anything and I'm not afraid to die in that respect.
I don't want a hammer yet though. If you hammer you're putting a huge target on your back. I still want Wooden to clarify his vests since a doctor and a night-time vest giver are two identical roles. I would really assume that since I'm a day vig that the vests are only for day shots. If not, then my entire reason for suspecting Huschel also falls apart.

Apologies. This game is on me. Two things I assumed turned out to be wrong.
1. We had enough time and faculties to lynch, in this case Huschel. When I saw Wooden's vote I figured that was it, but he didn't unvote, so the sheriff didn't count it. Maybe Wooden should have known better, maybe the rules need to be posted in full every game so we don't have "assumptions" like this, I don't know. But I couldn't vote him again.
2. Foolio's sharpness. You wanted to play powers day one, and most people obliged. How stating 'blue' doesn't mean vanilla I'll never know. Why would someone claim "town" when asked for their power? Also, you had my intent down fine but you second guessed it to hell and back. I have no power. Zero.
This entire time you discussed your powers, your claims, and some "order of operations" chatter, and for what? Shuhan, you threw him a wrecking ball, I'm with you on that. But "I knew full well there had to be a gun toting townie"? I know this is hindsight, but following up with essentially "I put my life in your hands" isn't helpful, it's passive. Holy's just happy to be alive, Wooden's along for the ride, and Huschel's still here.
But like I said, that's on me. I was busy. I assumed day one was done with a wagon ensured, and I was okay with Town letting Foolio take charge. It was a bad decision, and I am truly sorry.
Foolio, you need to fire right now. This is essentially all you can do to help town, because you are completely buried under your power-role paranoia.
But now Huschel votes himself the hammer.

Finally, he jumped off the platform under his feet.

Also I must say Bogart, you seem awfully frustrated. I'm not sure this game could have gone better, other than Huschel getting lynched on day 1, which is neither my fault nor yours. My entire reason for role claiming came to fruition, twofold in that we secured a maf lynch and I have pretty high confidence in Wooden – and one other townie is all I need to secure the game. And the obscure claims were pretty much nothing more than a vehicle for possible doubt given that we already had a doc claim so further obfuscation lost almost all meaning.
My whole speculation of "order of operations" etc. was all from an abstract and statistical point of view, (becoming largely irrelevant once Huschel was a clear suspect) something I enjoy very much and is indeed one of the main ways I derive enjoyment from the game. While you may have thought firing my gun was a necessary action, I chose to focus on the clear and simple route of lynching obvious scum.
With the sheriff absent, the drunk bartender didn't pay attention to the committee for five minutes, and immediately things went to hell.
Chairs and glass bottles were thrown around, people were yelling and from time to time even singing. Though that might have been the bartender.
All of a sudden, a loud bang shook up the small pub. Everyone covered their ears and looked at where the sound came from.
It was Foolio, with a grim look on his face and a smoking gun in his hand. Immediately, the others turned their heads to the direction the gun pointed in.
It was Holygamer999, staggering backwards, with a dumb look on his face, as if he didn't realize what had just happened to him. A red stain started to spread across his chest. Finally, he fell down on the ground.
[HIDE]Holygamer999 is dead. He was a Mafia Goon. He had one job no special abilities.[/HIDE]
For a few moments, the committee was completely dumbfounded. When they realized they had done the right thing, they started cheering. The sheriff came in, smiling. "Well done, guys. You saved our Town. Didn't turn out to be that much of a challenge though."
She tipped her hat to the bartender and the remaining members of the committee, and left the pub.
