I want that song.
Not sure about he game itself yet the gameplay seems iffy

How so? Dunno if you didn't like the gameplay of bastion sure, but this looks very much similar to it.
I was fine with bastion that said I didn't really play it for the gameplay to begin with.
According to the website we'll get more info at PAX East.
I'm not sure about it myself. What made Bastion an appealing game really was its strong (and funny) narrative, and the clever way it wove into the action. If you look at the gameplay alone, it's really not that exciting. I'm getting a similar feeling about the gameplay here.

Yeah, looks like they're adding some degree of turn-based strategy element but… I'm just not sold. I'm not convinced that after a little while it won't all be the same for the whole game. We'll see...

Oh yeah I pretty share most gameplay concerns but then that's not what I hope to get out of transistor. I just want to be swept away by the music, the visuals, the narrative and lose myself a little like with bastion. As long as the gameplay isn't annoying or broken I don't feel like it has to be that deep, well then it also depends what they would ask for the game I got bastion for 12 bucks which was perfectly fine.
Damn, it looks so smooth!
TotalBiscuit's look on it, not much different anyway.
The gameplay could be improved, like adding combos and that sorta of stuff when you repeat an attack on the same enemy or group of enemies. It doesn't need to be essentially combos, but it's not like it can't be improved.
Also, the same video but without commenting audio over it. It's neat.
