There is a list of characters on the first page, which says that Luffy's support character is the Kung-Fu Dugongs. I haven't found sprites for them yet, but I know they exist, since in One Piece: Grand Battle Swan Colloseum, there is a minigame where you have to beat a certain amount of them. I'm making this game using Game Maker, and I'm nearing the end of making the demo.

The sprites for Impact Dial and Flash Dial (and possibly Kung-Fu Dugongs) are custom, but everything else will be from Grand Battle Colosseum.

AH i see. Also ive allways wanted to know how to edit sprites it seems fun. Also on that site for the sprites i gave you there is a really good custom vivi. Though you might have to get permission first to use it. Its really cool tho.

Also there is a group same group that did naruto mugen aka naruto battle arena. They are great sprite editors so i thought maybe i could register and ask them if theyd like to do sprite edits, help you know. These guys are great! I dont know maybe just a suggestion.

It's better than most of my edits. As well, I'd be fine with you asking for help from those guys! Especially since there's quite a few sprites I need for characters (i.e. Franky, Nico Robin, CP9, Foxy).
Just to let you know, I'm planning on having a training mode and a Story Mode that follows the manga in the demo, and the first version will have a Grand Battle-type Story Mode and a Versus Mode as well. For the manga-based Story Mode, it will go up to the Morgan arc, or possibly the Buggy arc in the demo. In Training mode, the playable characters will be Luffy, Zoro, and Usopp.

Go to http://sdb.neuropod.net/, click on 'sprites' on the sidebar, click on 'Game Boy Advance', scroll down until you reach 'Shonen Jump's One Piece Grand Battle', and click on 'NPCs'.

eden's rock is what they called it in the dub game. And marejoa isnt the hq it is the meeting place.
also i saved all the one piece sprites there are right now. That site had seemed to have storage space problems or something, so i saved them all just in case.

The name of the game is "One Piece: Gold Roger's Treasure". I will change Hina so her support character is Jango. Fukurou is Jyabura's only support character, so if I add him in as a playable character, neither of those two will have support characters. Gear 2 Luffy will be a separate character from Luffy. His attacks could be Gum Gum Jet Pistol, Gum Gum Jet Bazooka, Gear 3 (shrinks, gets more powerful), and Gum Gum Jet Stamp, with his Ultimate being whatever he uses to finish off Lucchi. All I need to do is make the sprites for the secret character, add that secret character into the game, add the Support Characters for the four playable characters so far (Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, and the secret character), add in the demo for Story Mode, and I'm done the demo. In the final game, this may be the unlocking methods for characters:
Starting Characters: Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Franky
Grand Battle Mode (like Grand Battle's story mode):-
Beating it once unlocks Ace, Paulie, and Bon Clay.

Beating it twice unlocks Ohm, Bellamy, and Wiper.

Beating it three times unlocks Kalifa, Jyabura, and Wanze.

Beating it four times unlocks Hina and Aokiji.
