…Dammit, I was actually almost sorta okay with the AJ/Vicki/John/Dolph storyline. And then they pull this stuff out. Time to go back to being angry/unimpressed.
Also, they completely wrecked Flair's big return there.
And of course John Cena is Superstar of the Year. Quel suprise.
But at least Kofi won OMG Moment of the Year with his Royal Rumble save, and we got to see his new awesome t-shirt.

I've said this on other boards and I'll say this here: There is nothing wrong with John Cena. This whole hate thing has been blown out of proportion for years now and I'm really getting sick of it. I like John Cena, he's not my favorite, but I like him. Sure he has his flaws but every superstar does. My only problem with him is that he needs to take a dive for superstars who really need it. (Dolph Ziggler for example, which he technically did last night.) Him losing one match to a guy who needs the push wouldn't hurt his career in the slightest. But this whole hate thing, it all on a bandwagon now. Hating John Cena is now like hating Justin Bieber: Its cool at the time, it makes you look cool and everyone else is doing it so WHY NOT?! Its getting so frustrating. He's a good sport about it, but even when he loses and has been for this past year, he'll never win.

I don't hate John Cena; he entertains me, even though he's not my favorite wrestler in the ring. I just don't think he should have gotten the Superstar of the Year Slammy, irregardless of fan voting or storyline progression.

They don't know what to do with any of the Divas, really; AJ's just the one we're seeing at the forefront. They should've kept her as the RAW GM for a longer period of time, instead of going right back hot-potatoing her between superstars.

But hey, for that matter, why do so many Diva 'storylines' have to involve being a Superstar's eye candy/girlfriend/manager? Why can't they just have feuds of their own, like most of the guys do?
Ugh, I need to stop analyzing this AJ garbage, it makes me want to hit someone with a chair (preferably the WWE writers). I need to focus on something else.

They actually do have feuds the problem is that WWE doesn't handle them properly most of the time like the entirety of the Divas roster.

Agree, because the two best types of champions are the super hot babyface (examples such as Bruno Sammartino, Hulk Hogan and Cena during his first two or three title reigns) facing a revolving door of bad guys/established stars and heels who face the good guys and retain through screwjobs or just beating the hell out of their opponent.
Hell, if I was behind the booking in WWE I would have Punk beat Rock at the Rumble and then have them face each other again at Elimination Chamber before Rock gets the belt, and I know a lot of people who follow wrestling who agree with this belief.

As usual..got to see History being made as hearing the rocks first speech, Jerichos comeback to WWE..after summerslam (which I saw that match too lol)

Rock and Cena are huge draws, which is why this match is happening again. With Vince, it's always about the dollar dollar bills instead of putting out a good product.
