Well, the full numbers are out, with 96% of all acts revised. I understand and accept this, but I have to make a complain about 2 data points.
One of the parties that supported Capriles was called "Unidad Democratica" THE main party that supports Capriles is "Mesa de la Unidad Democratica", after the ballot was printed, but before the final date of campaing changes (yes, it can change, yes it's bullshit), "Unidad Democratica" changed their support to one of the other 5 in the race, she got third place with 0,47% of the votes, but when watching the exact numbers of the votes, 0,18% (almost 65k) voted by Capriles' Face, 4k for her face.
The other irregularity, three other parties straight up droped the support resulting in null votes, there was a 1,89% of null votes, almost 300k, in my center I have some rough numbers, taken for the candidate, without looking at party, and at least at my table there were 3 null votes, but only one null ballot (we audited the box), the other two were capriles votes for the abandoned parties. The issue is that the null vote distribution isn't revealed if it was for one of these parties or a true null vote.
Also the null vote in my table was reported by the witnesess as someone who didn't knew the process and pushed vote before selecting a candidate.
So, the capacity of parties to change their support is a terrible tool that took at minimum 100k votes from us, that isn't enough for us to win, but it would have changed the scales in certain states that were very close, giving the mayority to Capriles in them, and that would work to motivate people for the regionals.
The campaing of how to use the machine needs to be stronger, and the process should be explained in detail in the FOUR HOURS that you have to wait in line in order to vote.
There are a bunch of… spoiled kids, that are claiming fraud without checking, without understanding the voting process, claiming to audit the votes, with no regard to the law that demands that any and all audits to be done the day of voting after every table in the center closes, by the same people who were already at least 14 hours at the urns, plus 5 random citizens that can and do be voluntaries for the checking.
It's sad but the truth. They won.
Finaly the exact number of voters:

Well, after a quick look, only one state could be reversed to an opposition mayority if the voter's will on the null and the 3rd place irregularities.
I have a table with the votes per electoral table, but the candidates aren't separated by party, and the null votes don't have what the voter did to get it.
If I could get this data, I could see what tables, centers, municipalities would be reversed.
As I'm now I only did the 23 states, and maybe all the embasys and the "Inhospitable" when they are done.
