As for payment (From HLJ's FAQ page):
I don't have a credit card. How can I pay for my order?
Even if you don't have your own credit card, you can borrow the card of a friend or relative to pay for your order. You don't even need to send us their name, just the card number and expiration date. Payment by credit card is much more convenient for both us and you than any other method.
If you have spoken with every person you know and you still cannot get access to a credit card, then you can pay us by PayPal (by linking to a bank account, if their service is offered in your country) or a certified cheque/cashier's cheque or money order in U.S. dollars. Note that this will require a trip to the bank or post office and the payment of service charges on your part, and will also delay shipment of your order by at least two weeks (because you won't be able to pay us until your order is ready to ship). You can place one on pre-order now to guarantee yourself one of the figures; they will only charge you for the figure once it has come in stock. Everything you have placed an order for is kept on-file in your Account, which you can check on at any time to see the status of your order, change your details, shipping method, cancel orders, etc… their site is completely safe and secure. I've had to cancel a few items mere weeks before they were due to be released, and I never had any hassle about doing so. They will even show you the status of your order as it is being processed (Processing payment, preparing for shipping, etc...) and they send you an e-mail to confirm the initial order, confirm that the order has been added to your account, and when the order has finally shipped. If you have problems with your payment they will still hold your order for two weeks to sort things out.
