Exactly how would you market it?
It's about a game.
A game which I'd expect 90 percent plus of your target market has no clue how it works. I don't know what's supposed to happen (there's a column running alongside it in ASJ explaining details of play, but I think it's useless to someone who started reading ASJ at vol. 33)
Furthermore, it's "small" in scale. It has human-scope problems and scenes, not "if you lose this hand of Monster Poker, your soul will be removed!" (YGO) That limits your drama right there.
I like that it's NOT Dragonball, but conversely, I don't find it exciting enough to buy tankos.
