Croc is not just a character. Crocodile is an idea, every single quote which comes from his mouth is thought over and over again by Oda and his assistants. After I saw this character in the anime for the 1st time I had no doubt Oda is a genius. Such an awesome character cant exist !!!!!!!! But here he is. Where should I start from ? His Character , his design , his abilities , his greatly developed mysterious background, his villain attitude, his anti-hero attitude. Everything about this dude is amazing.

Just my predictions, even if you don't care i'm bored and have nothing else to do.
01. Augur vs Arlong - Even though there is a lot anti-BB pirate people, I think Augur is generally well liked, should be close though.
02. Norland vs Gin - Great flashback character, and gin hasn't been seen for over 500 chapters
03. Ivankov vs Brook - Being fairly new, brook is seems to be immune to much of the anti SH vibe
04. Sengoku vs Saul - Not much to go on here, so I just went with the preliminary vote
05. Apoo vs Mihawk - Oh come on, he sliced a giant frozen wave in half
06. Going Merry vs Dorry & Broggy - It beat Kaku:sad:, should be able to beat the giants
07. Roger vs Jinbei - Tough, both were in the final 16 last year, but Jinbei has been in just about every chapter for a while
08. Marco vs Dragon - His recent appearance in the flashback should help
09. Bepo vs Sadi - He is quickly becoming the most hilarious character in OP
10. Camie vs Chopper - Camie barely beat Hina, doubt she'll fair well against an SH
11. Hannyabal vs Shiki - A well liked Vice-Warden vs. Movie character that most of us haven't truly seen in action
12. Pwngoat vs Crocodile - Of course, I thought BB would win too
13. Gun Fall vs Bonnie - Gun Fall grows pumpkins
14. Magellan vs Mr. 1 - Probably the closest match of the round
15. Kuma vs Doc Q - Giant undercover bear vs. hated BB pirate
16. Kid vs Enel - GOD!!!
17. Drake vs Buggy - see above
18. Sanji vs Bon Kurei - This time he should beat the monster trio member
19. Ryuma vs Lucky Roo - It will be close, but luck is on Roo's side
20. Kung-Fu Dugongs vs Rayleigh - The man just swam through several oceans
21. Banchi vs Smoker - I will laugh significantly if someone uses anti-smoking campaigns.
22. Garp vs Yokozuna - Irresponsible grandfather for the win
23. Usopp vs Mr. 3 - Also close, depends on how people feel about Usopp's current state
24. Luffy vs Ace - Well one to stop anti-luffy voters is to pit him against someone they equally hate
25. Bellemere vs Lafitte - Good fb character, hated BB pirate.
26. Beckman vs Moria - Its hard vote for someone who just gang-banged by a squad of robots
27. Gaimon vs Dr. Hiluluk - With the exception of yokozuna, gaimon may be the least popular character in this round
28. Zoro vs Hancock - Yet another way to counter anti-SH voters
29. Crocus vs Shanks - Shanks could probably take a SH down
30. Zeff vs Robin - I she beat dofla, she can beat zeff
31. Nami vs Law - My wild guess of the round
32. Whitebeard vs Makino - I really shouldn't have to explain this selection
