(can anyone tell me how to make the animation faster? I am using a combo of Virtual Dub/Image Ready and I already have the wait thing set for 0 seconds…)

I used virtual dub for the captures and Jasc animation shop for the animation. Most of the frame rates I use are somewhere between 5 and 10 depending on the animation. I'm very new at this though, I just learned to do it a week ago or so. ^^;

Hey, I have the GIF making software but what do you use to capture the parts from the episodes?
(I wanted to make a still image with screen capture on WMP but it's screwed up.)

Whatever program you're using to anime probably has a function to do that. Otherwise, you can even just use ms Paint or something.

Ok after reading a couple posts back when Irresistiblement wanted one for LJ I can only seem to be able to have this Chopper one really small, well small enough to be under the LJ limit.

Sorry that's the best I could do. Also if you want the bigger sizes of these, they're all too big for the limit here. That's 100x100 or above, if you'd like a smaller size then I'll just whip it up.

I wouldn't mind a smaller one, whatver the dimensions are closest to 100x100,like 100x120 or somethng should be fine.

Okay, we've established that the actual Usopp Hamma scene doesn't have an image of a hammering Usopp for an avatar, but does such an image exist in the series? Could it be looped for me (adorable charming innocent 'like Koby but with long black hair and no glasses' face)? :D

Well, he does whack Chuu on the knee with the hammer, and then there's the scene where he jumps through the air and hits him on the head while he's on fire. And then there's Usopp hitting Mr. 4 on the head with the 5-ton hammer, and trying to whack Miss Merry Christmas.

Sorry to bug you more snow_yeti,but could you or anyone else do one more thing to that gif(my current avatar)?
Could someone I dunno what it's called..'freeze' the bckground in it so it doesn't look so jumpy. Like can you make it so Ao Kiji moves the exact same way and is still looped,but the bg doesn't move?
It's just those clouds moving up and down make it look so jump.

I noticed there were a bunch of duplicate frames.I removed some, but did a really half-assed job. it doesn't flow quite the same way (I sped it up by accident, I can slow it down, though), but now it's only 45kb, which is ok for most forums. LJ's limit is 40kb.

Ao Kiji this was actully refering to the Chopper gif that I made, and not the one I made for you. The one I made for you was 150x113. The max size for width here on the forums.
In your request to wanting the background still, the only way for me to do it is to manually erase the clouds, which I can't do at the moment, I'm at school right now.
gbert - I do what I can :steve: Well it also helped that I didn't have to go scanning in an episode looking for the scene.

Ah, then allow me to elaborate on my previous request. The general timeframe of which I would like made into an avatar (Episode 241, Fanky and the Square Sisters walking down the street after storming out of Blueno's bar), is about 10-15 minutes into the episode. I'd check for an exact time, but I deleted said episode >_>; I may download it again, just to give a better reference.

Ohhh Kei forgot to say something about that! I have the episode and tried to make it but it just isn't loopable(well when I tried to make it atleast)! The window panes would be shaking in the background if I did! If that's ok with you then i'd gladly make it!
For the others who have the episode, you might wanna try it! Maybe you guys can do a better job than me!
