I found your problem right here.
EDIT: They closed it, now. But it was a thread you made where you advertised an OP Roleplay forum, aka SPAM.

Are you talking about the IRC chatroom? If it is, it's something on rizon's side, I'm thinking.

When one of the first posts you make is an advertisement for your own website/project, it's usually a red flag that you're a drone.
Making these posts help prove that you aren't. Still, bad first post. Advertise it in your sig is fine.

How many times did you click on the chatbox?
Everytime someone clicks on the chatbox you connect to irc with your arlong park username. The javachat is a small irc client. On an irc server you can join channels and you can create new one where you can chat with your friends. The javachat here is programmed to make you join the arlong park channel. It's an already existing channel that has been created by someone (i don't know who… Roboblue?) When you create a channel on irc it's alive as long as someone is in it. Nowadays you can use many bots the irc servers propose to keep your channel the way you configured it (the channels topic and the channel flags (those channel flags are restrictions in your channel against a lot of stuff... Read the documentation if you want to know more about this... Though you have to be careful. There are some custom modes that vary regarding the irc server being used)). You can test this by joining a random channel and if you see someone joining after you changing himself to the operator status and setting the channel flags then you know it's a bot from the channels owner. Then you know that this channel is already occupied by someone.
Irc is a chat protocol where a server (irc server) can hold many channels. Everytime you connect to irc you connect to a specific server and then join a specific channel. In the channel you see the users who are also connected the way you are...
Now to your question (i thought i might give you more informations as you already contacted me on irc lol)... If you click many times on the chatbox here on the forum the program will try to open multiple connection to the irc server (which is irc.rizon.net as cinder said.). There are servers who detect mutiple connections from the same ip and just decide to ban you. It's a script that does that don't worry there is no one sitting in a basement in taiwan waiting for multiple connections from one ip address to hit the kill button :) The background behind this are the spambots who can just mass connect on a server from one ip adress and join a same channel with different names and spam. NOw you're chatting with your friends and you see like 50 users join the channel and try to sell you viagra or post random ****.
Anyways the arlong park channel on rizon is #arlong-park.
If you connected to irc.rizon.net (most likely with the command /server irc.rizon.net) with a standard irc client like mIRC or Xchat you need to type /join #arlong-park and then you're in the channelIt might be one reason why you're banned from rizon. Mostly it's only a temp ban. If the problem persist contact me and we can try setting up a proper irc client together and i will tell you how to join us on irc without using the javachat. That won't solve your ipban problem but it's a good start. Then if the problem persits we may need to contact an ircop (irc operator) on rizon to help you.
