I have the english version of the first color walk and it says nothing about hancock. That was a looooong time ago. Oda was probably unsure of Hancock's place in the story back then, and just designed her as the only female Warlord of the Sea. Oda only confirmed that the lady was hancock in a recent SBS, before that It was all just speculation.

I'm very excited to see what other powers Law has up his sleeve. That little taste back over a year ago in Shabondy Archipelago was NOT enough to satisfy my craving. He's such a cool character even though we haven't seen that much of him. What do you think he's going to do to Luffy?

Reading it reminds me of Skypiea. Toward its arc's end, Nami was encouraging the crew to evacuate the White-White Sea and simply flee, and they were close to actually doing that. Imagine what it would have been like if Luffy agreed to it. It feels like that kind of scenario is happening here in Marineford...I've just gotten so used to Luffy winning and winning and trying and trying and trying harder and now for the last four chapters our rubber hero has been just...........not there.......
Trafalgar Law's arrival surprised me a great deal...the fact that he's a doctor is new info and I hope he can save both Luffy and Jimbei...but I don't want Luffy to leave that place without whippin' SOMEBODY'S ass.

Its been known since he was introduced. He has the title the dark doctor although we dont know the reason for this title.

The fact that he's a doctor isn't new info… it was mentioned that he was a doctor when he was introduced.

Ace was ok to me, but I was never a huge fan. And Kidd I'm not really a big fan of either.
Law seems to be a very cold person. We already saw he recruiting that captain on the auction house and I'm certain he consider an alliance with Luffy.
Take sports. Not sure what sports you like or team you like. But the overall theme of sports is to win the championship, world series, superbowl, whatever it is. All the teams are your enemies in that quest to the championship or goal. especially your most hated rival such as packers/vikings, or red sox/yankees.
But if a situation occurs where in order for say Vikings to reach the playoffs, the packers need to win their last game. You can bet that vikigns and their fans will be cheering for the packers.
All pirates are enemies in the quest for One Piece, but right now the bastard WG is teh common enemy and ca't let them get their victory or else they don't make the playoffs. They all need teh WG to lose. So all pirates are cheering for WB right now, and since law and Croc are there and able to help WB's team they are.
Now once this over now Law/Croc/Luffy are all in the playoffs and they are enemies again. But right now the thinking is if Luffy doesn't make the playoffs no one does.

Hmm… perhaps Law's DF abilities are what Oda meant when he said that this would be Luffy's last adventure as a 17 year old... Maybe his body is so badly damaged that Law will have to attach his head to a new, older body. Not sure how'd that'd affect his DF abilities, though... if the DF power comes from the brain, that'd work, but if comes from the stomach or the heart, he'd no longer have his DF powers...

Wow, this is great. And I've just realized how awfully big his sword is. It kinda makes sense for a doctor to have a sword as his weapon. It also fits well with Law's devil fruit power.

There is no way shadows covered Roger's eyes, but they did until Oda was ready to reveal his face.
Everything will be wrapped up nicely with a bow by the end of things. Oda NVER leaves us hanging.
Not quite the same thing, as his hair shadowing his eyes actually makes sense. While I trust that ODa has a reason for not revealing the fruit…I don't really get it. The shadow on Sengoku right now is impossible, in fact both times it was impossible when as far I as can tell it's daytime. It just seems weird, Oda's showing us Sengoku's power, we can make out the shape, just he still hides it in shadow. I'm hoping the guy who suggested that maybe his fruit just makes him look like that (in bronze or something), cause that'd make the most sense here.
I also hope more supernovas show up! Just cause...they still don't seem like competition for Luffy do they? I was kind of hoping one of them would show up and do something unexpected that involves wrecking something important to the marines. But, maybe more development for them will come later.
Prediction: In a sad moment, someone will notice that Luffy's hat is gone and try to find it, not realizing it's value. As he's conscious, injured, and with his turn turned to the viewer say something like "it's okay, I don't need it anymore," while still grieving over Ace's death.
...or someone will have caught it in the next few chapters. Either way, I look forward to see how Luffy overcomes Ace's death, cause I couldn't care less about his physical healing. Pfft, doctor? Just some meat and sleep and he'll be fine. It'll just take longer then normal.

Yes! I didn't really want to say it out loud because it sounds so unlikely to happen. But with the way Oda is building up on his character…. Damn I sure want him to join! 
He has that 'I trust nobody' attitude too that might point to a bad experience with trust. Maybe his crew dumped him on a small island with nothing but rum and banana trees on it when he was younger. :ninja:

Really, he has been one my favourite character in my OP top ten ^^ (since 2008, when he appeared in the manga), but if help to Luffy, he'll be my 3nd favourite character, after Ace-san :wub: (1st) and Zoro-kun :wub: (2nd).

Before I did not like Crocodile, for Vivi and Alabasta…., but now, for his quote in this war, by their actions (including help Ace when they were going to execute the executioners), he has shown "more class" than other characters and winning points for me :happy:. Blackbeard ¬¬ does not arrive or heels him in "to have class." (If we talk about the villains)
