But the episode itself was about fifteen minutes of recaps with only five or so of actual new content…

A Ukitake and Kyoraku colorspread? Well, that's different…
Decent chapter, but only because I love Kyoraku's attitude. And I was kinda hoping for Nanao or Sasakibe vs. Lilinette, because Ukitake will utterly destroy her. Unless, of course, she has some ridiculous release.
As for the Momo/Rangiku part, that crap's just dragging. End it already.

The trio probably won't last too much longer with their trump card…though I can't imagine how that chimera thing is going to be defeated by Matsumoto and Hinamori alone. And...yeah, Kubo's really dragging things even if he's hinting at stuff like Shunsui/Ukitake vs. Stark/Lillinette.

...I was worried about Lillinette maybe getting offed, but Ukitake's like the nicest guy in the world so he'll probably just knock her out or whatever.
Stark and Kyouraku are like old buddies or something... it's weird. Again, I'm hoping that neither of them gets killed.
As for all the other fights, eh. I'm sure that they'll be cool and all, but I honestly don't give a damn about the rest of them at all. :/

Well outside Nanao not being there and Sentaro/Kiyone (who are still 3rd Seats), all that's left are Iba (who had that whole thing with Ikkaku instead of a fight) and Sasakibe (who I'm still extremely suspicious on…but that's not here nor there) As I see it, if Stark/Lillinette fight together, then the Fraccion stuff will be over with once Halibel's are done. (outside Ukitake)

I'm saying Iba and Sasakibe could pop up and fight the other two, making it a 4 on 4. I have a feeling the Chimera will be a bit stronger than the average VC though. Iba and Ikkaku could show up, Ikkaku would be the perfect opponent for the Chimera.

Kubo needs to let other characters shine to. We won't get to see the full extent of stark vs. shunsui for quite sometime. It most likely be halibel pwning ice boy right after her fraccion and that creature are defeated.

Hmm… It'll be pretty annoying if Ukitake really refuses to fight the child-looking person.
Things are getting interesting in the anime though... Mayuri's finally going to show up looking all sexy and sadistic.
Meh... probably no more Mayuri or Nemu in the manga for quite a while... pretty disappointing.

His fight against Ichigo in Soul Society is arguably the best in the series

Finally saw the episode…and somehow seeing Zomarri's Sonido in action made me remember how much potential he had...at least until what happens next. (and the Daihyakka at the end with him and Byakuya was hilarious)
