I can't understand how people don't like this arc (in its current, most recent form.) This is Togashi's ultra-high tension, evocative storytelling at its best. The art is stunning, the twists, turns, and cliffhangers leave you on the edge of your seat - and you have NO fucking clue how things are going down.

Knuckle and Shoot versus Yupi, and Gon's moral quandary versus Pitou are the kind of things I love this manga for – this stuff is poetry in motion.

I can only assume this is sarcastic as you think the art work is stunning. From what I have seen 3 out of 4 chapters in this ant arc are sloppy as heck, almost as if it was last min. Sometimes I can barely understand what is going on because of the lack of clarity in the drawings, its like chicken scratch.

what the heck is with this last saga, the story was good until they left the game then it went down the crapper and the mini cell is annoying as hell. I just need to vent on people who can relate.

man I really hate where Kaz goes "I'm a logia user", when I saw that in the spoiler I was thinking this has to be fake because who says that. I mean if he said just light man I can understand but to specify just sounded weird. But i guess it had to be said to put aside the last of the doubters but still just sounds weird.

Something I just read through in the last two days, finished 10 mins ago and am bitterly disappointed. I could see the chapter count getting closer and closer to the end and I'm like they are only here how the heck they going to make it and guess what they freakin don't. Worst "ending" ever.

even if oda says it I won't accept any ranks of crew members. The whole point of the Sanji's speech to Ussop on enies lobby is that strength is relative and they all have their rolls to play and if Ussop couldn't beat his opponent than sanji will and ussop will do what sanji cannot do. On a different note I must agree with the robin fanboys and say she could beat all of the crew except for Luffy, and her power is hax as she first mentioned power, speed they mean nothing to her.
Oh and back on of the original topics, I agree that Chopper is not getting much love combat wise but to call him weak I think is a mis characterization. Also in one of these video games they gave chopper an acid demo ability so maybe he will get that at some point.

I said that darkness didn't make sense but I also didn't make any such argument that it was an element so your red herring is pointless Mr. Ignorant America. I said no where that he cannot have a logia I was merely responding to a particular part of your argument that light is an element and in my own post pointed out the problem the yami brings if you even bothered to read it.

I must disagree about your logia assessment. Light is not an element. I do agree with someone who mentioned earlier this all would be a lot simpler if yami yami wasn't logia but light still cannot be classified as an element.

well my theory for the whole arm thing is something like miria's power in claymore. Regardless of logia status, Kizaru's power probably has something to do with light as he keeps mentioning it, and light can be redirected to form mirages. And if he is a form user that could explain the disappearing effect someone mentioned. Anyways if his power has anything to do with light then it would be wise not to believe what your eyes are telling you.

I still read naruto but I cannot remember the last time I actually thought it was good. I don't do the boards on naruto but reading a little of this here I am very glad there are others that hate the Uchiha as much as I do. Unfortunately I only know girls and people to young to know better that read/watch naruto and for some ungodly reason they adore Sasuke. But to the main point, does anyone still actually like Naruto or is everyone like me and just can't break the habit.
