I only like the first opening of Bleach because i only like the first arc of Bleach.
Then don't even post in this thread if you don't like Bleach at all.

Short answer: yes.
And how would you know that? Why don't you go and make a manga literally about laundry and see how well it does compared to Bleach? I bet you wouldn't even get one copy sold. Hell, why don't you just make a manga period and see how it'll compare to Bleach.
So while all of you are in the laundry looking at your dirty clothes being cleaned and washed by bleach, I'm gonna be looking at the real manga Bleach.
To be honest, almost everyone is already dead so it's redundant/stupid to say they should die in the first place.
Toshiro is lame. Therefore he must die/disappear/be reborn into a worm or something. And by that logic… the majority of this manga must die/disappear/not be reborn at all.
Well, you are certainly wrong about everything except for the Toshiro is lame part.
I guess when she was bugging out about Aizen and she was stalking him and acting all weird… And every five minutes someone was saying her name.
Kubo is really annoying with that shit. There is no need for people to say that one name a thousand times over and over. "KUROSAKI-KUUUUUN" x1000000 and whatever Momo's whole name is X100000000000 I wanted to kill Toshiro for the longest. He is annoying too. There are so many characters that I hate and so many that I kind of like x___x Toshiro must die, though. DIE DIE DIE.
Why must Toshiro die though? I personally think he got a fate worser than death. Fatally stabbing one of the people he loved… I like Aizen and all but damn even I thought that was pretty damn cruel...
Eat shit and die, you trope-loving waste of air.
what in the fuck
what the fuck were you thinking when you posted this
"moral event horizon"
lol
who the fuck do you think you are
Actually, I didn't mean the trope version of the moral event horizon. I meant the moral event horizon when something is pulled into a black hole. You'd actually know this if you knew more about black holes. You must be one of those people who think a black hole is a literal dark hole that swallows everything that comes near it when it's more complex than that.
I just noticed…
I am like the Unicron Singularity(It's basically a multiversal destroying black hole). My presence swallows up threads into a moral event horizon of why Bleach is good...
apparently there's a lot of hate for zoom here, will he turn around like juju and become a good debater or will he suck for life???????
anyways bleach kills me reading it each and every chapter latley is like sewing a needle through my arm I don't get how people can compare it with naruto…. granted I get why people don't like naruto anymore but Bleach really
I've never seen a worse manga..... I mean it's beginning was epic great even and soul society too but then the plunge it took and it kept digging itself down and down deeper and deeper I can't remember the last time there was a good bleach chapter...... at least naruto has good chapters every once in a while the latest chapter was good too Bleach.... oh bleach it showed the potential to be good but kubo refuses to plan out his plots and goes with whatever he can think of off hand while writing the chapter truly a sad sad performance
anyways that's my theory...... now let's see who agrees and who disagrees with me
I disagree with you. There's worse manga out there.

No lie, I can't even keep a straight face looking at this picture.
Hello Mr. Zoom,
I'm not one to speak up often but believe me, im a veteran of this forum and actively follow many threads but I feel I would be best to answer you.Yes, Bleach was and is a good manga. Among the world of manga it is obviously among the elite. What angers people is to see a decline of quality. Bleach was A material and then one point, (when specifically being arguable), the decisions Kubo made began to slowly waste potential. I believe the entire setup and battles w/ the arrancar 10-4 were for the most part great, 6 and 4 beautiful and artwork in themselves.
Those are the praises of Bleach. What the other forum members see and focus on is this:
Wonderweiss's fave hollow, the one w/ gillian masks for fingernails and who saves Aizen so long ago gets roflpwnd in a heartbeat, the vaizards getting roflpwned by Stark and the OFFSCREEN beatdown on Ken. None of the vaizards used their bankai, their ultimate weapons in what was supposedly the most important battles of the series; how Chad and Ishida have done nothing of importance since practically the Rukia Arc. Aizen's way to beat the Capt. Commander was smart and crafty, well-done but it was stupid that he waited til everyone else got picked off w/o doing anything. The fact Isshin, Urahara, and Yoruichi had all these super,super,super amazing combo attacks and he's unharmed, not tired at all, and disentigrates one of yoruichi's things nearly instantaneously. How Gin gets pwned even after having character development, AND revealing a super secret form of his bankai….. how beautiful and well done the betrayal was, but he took a shit all over itwhen had aizen be find and not in the least damaged. and all the boring nonsense chapters like w/ the old school mates.
Thats what its been over and over, good decision–>shits on it-->delays w/ 2 chapters of nothing-->twist-->ruins it-->delays w/ 10 chapters of useless while important/cool things happen offscreen-->super cool attacks+combos in a battle-->aizen untouched (aka shitting on the clever attks he just made)
Long? Yes. Thorough? Yes. Have you been answered? Yes. Is Bleach a good story at the core? yes. Has Kubo took countless situations where the series WOULD have become 'Amazing' and an 'amazing piece of art' and beyond words?? YES.
The one ungodly, undefeatable enemy is what is wrong with the series and has turned it from potentially being legendary to being "OK"
Basically, the reason why Bleach isn't good to you is because of Aizen? I already listed why he isn't as bad as people make him out to be….
@Zender:
^
I don't know you, but would suggest giving up on Bleach already.
Why would you suggest that? I have not once have casted away my hopes on bleach and I'm certainly not starting now…
^ Should stop acting like what his screen name says.
@Del:
So… Killing a character is developing him? Na, na, na. Tosen and Gin were the worst examples you could give... For god sake, from their first appearence until their death they serve this purpose in the series: ______. But wait, WHAT THE HELL are you doing discussing manga in a forum, when you don't know JoJo, you don't EVEN KNOW FUCKING ASTRO BOY, you're on the bottom of the bottoms of a manga reader, no, you're melting on the center of the planet. How can you even argue that Bleach can be good, it was made by the MENTAL-BREAK DUDE FROM ZOMBIE POWDER, LOL!
Actually I know what Astro Boy is and I know of Jojo's bizarre adventure although I never watched it.
Terrible pacing, boring main protagonist and antagonist, poor plotting laden with unexplained deus ex machina, and dozens of characters introduced simultaneously only to be defeated and never mentioned again, meaning that they meant nothing to the plot (from the Espada and their Fraccion, who might have well not been there given that most of them didn't add to the plot in any way, to Chad, who is rendered unconscious less than halfway through every arc and never contributes to anything ultimately, as the few people he's beaten were cannon fodder on the level of nameless minions).
Okay…
The pacing can be bad but it is bearable.
Ichigo is far from boring in my opinion. He's an more realistic protagonist unlike Luffy who has a unbearable amount of will within him. It just stretches into the realm of impossibility. He's boring because you'll know he'll "will" himself into winning a fight. He already willed himself to live. Atleast Ichigo has the will to protect. Something which is a natural trait within human beings.
Aizen is also far from boring. He presents an actual challenge to the protagonists unlike many villains who do not even come close to succedding their own goals and has an interesting personality. He is also not even overpowered as people make him out to seem. He is just overpowered now but he was actually never overpowered to begin with. He stated himself that Yammamoto is even stronger than him and he has a exploitable weakness with his shikai that has been shown three times in the series and the last time nearly resulted in his death.
The "deus ex machinas" have actually been explained more than once. Hollow Ichigo comes in every time Ichigo is on the verge of dieing since they're basically like two souls within one body.
People such as Grimmjow will come back. Kubo just has to get on with the main story. There's been people in One Piece too that played a part of the story that we haven't even seen until lots of chapters later.
And here I am. Asking for anyone to refute my claims of Bleach being good. Any reasonable refutes yet?
None. And so far it looks like it's not gonna happen.
Ummm… wth... someone really needs to look into this problem.
You need to stop spamming this thread. I'm seriously gonna report you.
@Del:
Yes, it's enjoyable and entertaining in the sense that everybody laughs every week when they realize how awfully the plot connects and how characters don't develop or are just forgotten, FOR YEARS, and that isn't certainly a pace problem.
A new challenger huh? You'll fall like the rest.
First off, you have no idea what you're talking about when you're saying the characters don't develop because Tosen has gotten plenty of development near his death and Gin's character has developed from a generic Starscream. Even Ichigo has also developed because he's struggling with his hollow side and has been trying to gain his resolve.
I stand corrected. All of you have conceded with me. It seems nobody is willing to step up and even try to prove me wrong. You all just resort to pathetic tactics like mocking and making fun of me.
It seems that nobody is willing to tell me just how "bad" Bleach is. I guess you guys don't even know what the fuck what you're talking about when it comes to Bleach. Just face it, you guys are making it out to be bad when it's actually enjoyable and entertaining.
Goddammit, this is never going to end if you keep giving him reason to go on. He's proven himself objectively wrong on every single damn thing that's come up in this thread and the one before. Grant Morrison's a good writer, and has some interesting insight on his craft. But if someone says Final Crisis is the one example being used for good literature, then something's up.
Stop responding to the fuckhead - this is the Bleach thread, not Bleach. We want to avoid repetitious spamming and space-wasting.
Eh, you're right. I should've used Batman:Hush by Frank Miller.
@Cyan:
You're the joke, we're the punchline.
I'm far from the joke. All you guys are just a bunch of mindless kooks of Bleach haters. You guys haven't even told me what makes Bleach so unlikable btw.
lol, you guys are making yourselves look like an entire punchline.
Toei dissappointing as always. They should have put strong world quality to this arc.
It seems too early to judge the complete quality of this arc in my opinion… Hopefully the pacing starts to keep up...
Aizen's a villian? I must of missed something somewhere…I thought he was a stand up comedian
You thought wrong as always. What makes you think that? He's far from it. He's more of a philosopher.
Not with Bleach anyway. No words beyond Aizen's monologues.
There is reading with Bleach… You'd know that if you looked at the series... It seems to me that you don't look at it since you think Aizen has wings coming out from his own butt.
…......
so, you've essentially read no books with any serious meaning or complexity, then?
because everyone, no matter who they are, assuming they've actually read a few good books, will find themselves pondering the meaning of a passage or the theme of the book as a whole
how about this: name one good author and one good book (the book must be by a different author than the one prior stated).
If comic books count then I'd have to say Final Crisis by Grant Morrison because I'll admit that story was pretty confusing and you'd have to look back up on the story before fully realizing what it was about.
If Comics don't count, then I'd have to say The Cold Equations by Tom Godwin.
@Cyan:
zoom why don't you read good manga
I've read plenty of manga… Not reading Jojo's Bizarre Adventure does not mean I don't read good manga.
So you don't even research any of the other side's work and just declare Kubo the winner? Glad to know you aren't Aizen's biased lover.
What? I'm not gonna take my time reading works just to figure who's the best writer and who's the best artist. It's like asking me which of the two sluts is better in bed when I've only had sex with one of them.
@Cyan:
zoom whos the better writer
kubo or tezuka
Kubo by default since I haven't read Tezuka's work.
@Cyan:
zoom whos the better artist
kubo or araki
Kubo by default since I haven't seen any of Araki's work.
Yes, because Batman can totally plan out every detail of a person's life fifteen years in advance, reverse his own senses instantly despite how impossible that is, and know how a reality-warping device works better than its creator. Wait, no, you're an idiot.
No. Batman has came up with plans to take down very powerful heroes that would be looked at as gods in other fictional universes. Even Aizen wouldn't be able to come up with plans to handle every hero in DC earth in a short time like Batman did. If you read the comics then you'd know Batman is god with prep time.
@iSheep:
Ow, this post so bad, It's physically hurting me. Aizen is just shockingly, incrediblybad, that reading this garbage makes me want to vomit. Aizen is very cunning, plotting plans for 110 fuckin' years without anybody noticing, because, he got lucky with his sword that happens to have the power of complete hypnosis, which is just a horrible idea to begin with, because It's broken beyond believe without any seriouss weakness.
And I on't get which complexity you are talking about. He is the most, one-sided, boring and obnoxious villain I've ever seen in my life. Kubo even said that he won't even give him a backstory or something like that, to explain his motivation or at least flesh out his blank personality.
And are you fucking kiddin' me, badass? He turned from a condom into a guy with a mullet, and then he became a butterfly.
Aizen is a transcendent being now. He even stated it himself. The condom transformation was short lived and the mullet form was awesome in my opinion and even the so called "butterfly" form is awesome looking. And the Kyoka Suigetsu does have a weakness. It was shown two times when Yamamoto let Aizen stab himself and when Gin touched his sword. I'm sure and I hope Kubo will probably make a backstory for him though.
Sea or RBoar posted the anatomy fail that showed that indeed, the wings come from his ass. I'm not the one failing anatomy just because you can't see it in your blind love for the character. I do have to admit, you'd have no need for knowing where Aizen's ass is because clearly he'd be the one pitching between you two.
Zoom V - Don't Stop Carry On!
lol, I read the latest chapter 2-3 times. I don't see any wings at all coming out Aizen's ass.
@No:
He has no personality . He is so strong and overly powerfull and prepared for every eventuality it makes him boring and every fight with him just filler , basicly .
He has plenty of personality. He has a god-like I don't give a shit attitude and looks down on even people such as old man Yama. To be standing in front of Yama and not even feel fear(Because if he was scared of Yama at the time he would've started transforming) is simply amazing and shows how badass he is. And as for him being prepared, well Batman is a heavily worse offender at that. Aizen's preparations were honestly common sense. You can't just stroll up facing the gotei 13 without having something to take down Yamamoto.
Do you mean that you haven't read no books at all, or that you haven't read any diffficul tbooks?
I haven't read any books that seem difficult to me.
He also has butterfly wings growing out of his ass. And before that he was a mullet fairy. And before that a condom man.
You don't even know where the ass is located at because the wings obviously aren't growing out of his ass. It's growing out from his spine. You'd know this if you knew anything about the human body at all. I'm guessing that you must shit out of your mouth with your ignorant limited knowledge of the human body.
I thought that was our current and utterly shitty Aizen? Then again, when was I under the illusion this was true?
Tell me what makes Aizen so unlikable as a villain. I'm sure you'll typically say "HURR DURR AIZEN IS OVERPOWERED AND SUPER DUPER SMART AND STUFF"
Well, you didn't convince anybody with it. You should try again.
Like it's gonna make a difference if I explain it again?
zoom, what's the most difficult book you've ever read
None at all.
Who's a better villain Zoom, Aizen or Crocodile?
Crocodile is a straight up badass and is up there in terms of villainy in my opinion but I'll have to give it to Aizen because of his cunningness and overall badass personality and complexity as a villain.
Your right.
Kubo killed bleach.
Not really. Nobody killed Bleach. The pacing is just a little slow now.
Guys, let's just keep feeding the Zoom troll and sipping on haterade.
OR we could not feed the Zoom troll and keep sipping on haterade and let him talk into the void like Ichigo when Momo was getting stabbed.
I am not even a troll. I have said some things out of spite but overall I generally enjoy Bleach and Aizen. So just because I defend Bleach makes me a troll?
Since when were you under the delusion that Aizen killed Bleach?
(Lame joke)
Aizen never killed bleach. If you don't even like Bleach then why are you posting in this thread? You guys just don't seem to grasp why Aizen is a better villain than you guys think. I already explained it once though so I'm not gonna explain it again.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA mothefucking Zoom you my hero.
Well, for one, Ichigo would not sit around while a innocent girl's getting stabbed. And plus he was unsure of what was happening and was probably in shock of what was happening because it was the first time he's seen Aizen's shikai at work.
Glad to see Whitebeard is winning so far…
Vote Whitebeard! He's old man Yama's brother!
nah, don't worry.. i don't really care about ichigo at all.. nothing interesting about him.. i mention about speed just because when somebody saying that ichigo don't do anything when momo got stab, bleach fans will counter it with no point if ichigo try to shout/tell all those shinigami because aizen power controling all 5 of their senses.. to me, why only shout when you can move fast? if this is in other manga the heroes or somebody will definitely try to bloack the attack or stopping the captain from attacking each other or just simply sacrifice himself to take the attack..
He most likely was yelling the entire time…
He told them to run because they had no chance to win. Would you rather him not care and have the crew die?
And Luffy facing Mihawk? He attacked him in rage because he (Mihawk) nearly killed Zoro.
And? If Aizen killed Orihime or Rukia right in front of Ichigo I'm sure he'd do the same thing Luffy did when Mihawk nearly killed Zoro.
Ichigo is such a bad ass, he stands around like an idiot for 30 chapters while people get cut down by Aizen. Such a bad ass man… such a bad ass.
Meanwhile Luffy goes and tries to save everyone.. what a loser. I mean, what kind of hero goes in first, and is willing to sacrifice his life in order to save the ones he loves - even if they're a million times stronger than him, and he knows he might just die?
Oh yea….. The same luffy who told his crew to run away when they were getting curbstomped at SA? The same Luffy who was shitting in his pants while facing Mihawk?
Every protagonist knows their own limits. Ichigo couldn't have did shit while Aizen was curbstomping everyone.
Ichigo is so badass he just stands there while his allies stab a wounded girl.
Aizen can control every sense possible with his shikai, so it'd be futile for even Ichigo to just say something since Aizen has control over their sense of sound. Besides, he saw Aizen's power when he was roflstomping a few of the vizards and had doubt in his own power and what he could do. This time, Ichigo has full confidence in himself and is ready to kick ass like he usually does.
I remember when Ichigo was cool.
He's for damn sure cooler and more badass than luffy. I'll admit I find Luffy to be cool and bad ass too but Luffy can sometimes largely annoy me because of how unrealistically his outlook on life is and how large his willpower is. It's at the point where he should just be a Green Lantern or be a pilot in a TTGL. Ichigo is more realistic to me and more relatable unlike Luffy. And Ichigo is especially even moreso badass since he came back this latest chapter to chew bubble gum and kick some ass and even got a slight hair change.
@Del:
No there's no plot… Even Kubo confirmed it. He just goes with what he thinks it's cool.
You're misinterpreting his own words. He stated that he'll sometimes make stuff up as he goes with it which is pretty rare.
@Sea:
Yup, and discover the truth about the ancient kingdom, the lost history, geography myths and help put an end to slavery, racism, social class-discrimination and the dictatorship of WG while doing it.
It's just a little extra stuff. And I think that the ancient kingdom, lost history, geography myths go hand in hand with Luffy becoming pirate kind while the rest of the stuff is something Luffy doesn't even care about and plus that's kinda Robin's dream. Actually, Luffy and even Robin don't even wanna learn about any of that stuff because Rayleigh could've told the Strawhat Crew all of the truth and they decided not to learn about the truth. Luffy might end slavery while I can see the rest falling into his dad's hands.
The only thing about the plot that you got right was the Aizen part. Try again.
Oh? And if I'm so wrong then why don't you tell me about the plot. The plot which you don't even know and hate for no reason.
