He could see her as a sister type person now but it certainly doesn't mean he can't fall in love with her. He shows absolutely NO interest in any woman at all. The closest we seen was him having a nosebleed when seeing Nami (although so did Chopper and he said he doesn't find humans sexually appealing too.)

Hancock has a disease/sickness. We don't know if once she's cured of that she mightn't like Luffy like that anymore.

Alvida's purpose is to get the guy who defeated her.(did she say she loved him too? I can't remember)

The point of Luffy is that he seems to rub quite positively on the female chars. I could easily see him getting together with Hancock, Margaret, Nami, Robin or Vivi easily and it working out well.
