Don't want to be rude but the translation is very hard to read in some places, it doesn't flow at all.
The Washuu? Okay, I'm a bit skeptical about a Ghoul exterminating clan founding the CCG. Wasn't it mentioned that the CCG initially used firearems and that it was a pain in the ass to kill Ghouls that way? How on earth was there an elite clan going around murdering dozens of Ghouls at a time. I suppose they would aim for the eyes (only weak spot/place to inject RC suppressant), but here they don't seem to suggest such.
Some samurai clan going around exterminating Ghoul with…katanas? I don't think so. It was a strong point made that only Ghouls could hurt other Ghouls. Remember Kaneki stabbing himself with a knife? One of the more intense scenes in this series? Surprise Ishida Sui doesn't seem to remember that. I thougth he was one of those mangaka who remember every single thing about there manga(Oda).
On a brighter note, I expect Tokyo Ghoul to have better usage of German than Bleach.

No i am talking about the torture part and how it significantly changed him too fast . Compare his development from the beginning to when he is kidnap with his development after the torture scene and you will see just how much he has changed in such a short amount of time when in previous chapters his development have been slow yet realistic . It just seem really lazy for the author to pick the easiest and fastest way to develop Kaneki when he could have taken a slower way since that was what he did in the beginning .
The change only seem fast because like Hide said in in chapter 118 Kaneki is a good actor and is pretending to be someone eles, that person being Rize.
Hope there 1-2 chapters left of this arc, time to go back to my boy Kouen conquering the magi world.

The last four pages of chapter 75 were hardcore but at the same time very educational.
