Also, it's presumed that Sugar's fruit DID wear off when she slept; otherwise, what was the point of the curfew and the segregation of Toys/Humans at night? There had to be a specific reason for that, and it was most likely that Sugar's power was temporarily disabled when she slept, the difference being that if she was incapacitated, it had to be reapplied, but if she simply went to sleep, it resumed when she woke up in the morning. Regarding Van Der Deken's target fruit, it may be a similar situation, but it can't really be tested because the primary and secondary effects are both enacted by Decken himself.
No the fruit didn't revert back when sugar slept, since if it is reverted back, it means people getting back their memory. thats a horrible thing and drawback
