I normally don't prefer darker themed manga

dark themed

It's about as dark themed as Fairy Trash or Reborn. On the same level of writing and development with them. The only schtick it had that "anyone" can die got old almost immediately and is handled so awkwardly and poorly that it's laughable.
There's nothing dark or any themed substance here. It's the most generic shounen comedy if anything.
