Thought about that too, but they would probably notice that prison food makes them weak. So just don't eat and you get your powers back. Injections maybe? Shiliew and Magellan supervising the process. Since Shiliew's escape Impel Down must've hired new Head Jailer as powerful as him.

In Impel Down, especially Level 6 where the most strongest prisoners are, how are they able to control the prisoners? I get Kairoseki for Devi Fruit users, but most of them or maybe all have Haki, and many of them are presumably Haki monsters like Rayleigh or Shanks. And all of them all super-humans/giants/fishmen etc so they are crazy strong physically. I can't imagine Rayleigh or Shanks just sitting in shackles, they could easily broke them and wreak havoc/escape if they wanted to. Only real threat to them is Magellan, but he has diarrhea :D
For me the most interesting part was Admiral Ryokugyu, Green Bull. I think he has a plant based Devi Fruit and uses photosynthesis, so he doesn't need actual food. Btw how awesome would that power be, being able to use the nature (trees, plants, roots, etc) as your weapon :D
Does anyone know famous long-haired, and maybe old, Japanese male actor? All the other Admiral's looks are based on those, so I think Green Bull is too!
I know he's not at yonkou level yet, but for someone like Luffy to meet with a yonko, I wonder if the WG would care or be worry at least.
I think they'll be worried because Luffy has so far defeated three Shichibukais already, and they cannot underestimate him anymore. Anything could happen.
I wonder, will Luffy's actions be brought up in the Reverie?

Nice to see all kinds of kings from different places and my first thought about the clock-bearded man was that he is Sanji's father. Dunno why, maybe because of his curly whiskers :D That would mean he is a noble, which would explain Sanji's weird eyebrows since all nobles are mostly very strange looking.

Mink Tribe is awesome! I didn't except that twist at all, and I was dumbfounded by it. In the next chapter I believe we are going to see Raizou and have at least some kind of explanation about Wano's and Zou's history together. And Nekomamushi and Inuarashi will settle their bad relationship somehow, I hope.
I think Kaido is occupying Wano Country and been there for a while now, because we saw bonsai trees and Japanese style building earlier. And you guys remember Momonosuke telling Luffy that pirates are giants who are violent and strong looking? I bet he was implying to Kaido. Thoughts?

Chapter itself was pretty good, even though nothing really happened.
I loved the part when Pekoms told Luffy about Sanji's connections with Baratie in East Blue and Kamabakka Kingdom, even the latter supposed to be something that wasn't common knowledge. That is POWER, and it is something that Luffy doesn't have at all! Simply loved it.
Zoro is worried about Sanji! He was a bit of a douche in last chapter, but again this shows that he cares about Sanji.
I don't like the idea of Luffy going to tea party by himself and separate the crew again, but I don't think it's going to happen because of the samurais who entered the kingdom at the end. BTW so much for the responsible adults, all fell asleep :D Even Robin, who is always so careful with things. And didn't the Samurais notice those sleeping Straw Hats in front of them?
I hope next chapter is more action packed and going to introduce new characters involving this arc!
