The claim was "only beating the 4 Yonkou will reveal the truth about D".
Everything in the story contradicts that, including Law´s actions.
Roger stole a RP himself, did not face any opposition afterwards beyond the usual, especially since OP world is not as big, and he at least found out the truth without beating BM and Whitebeard.

I am arguing Robin's claim is entirely correct because Roger's situation was wildly different than the current situation. Roger had the gigantic advantage of nobody knowing that the Road Pone glyphs actually mattered.

That is not true this time, the moment somebody makes a move for One Piece they will be a target for every major power in the world. That was how the balance of power has been maintained until well Luffy showed up and dragged Big Mom to Kaido.

Law knows he can't go toe to toe with Kaido, his super duper trump card attack didn't work on Dofflamingo so exactly what is he going to do against someone that makes Doffy poop himself, and Roger didn't have to beat Big Mom because nobody knew Laugh Tale existed, nobody had gotten to Road Star Island before to even know that the Road Poneglyphs were even important.

This time is different, everyone knows that there is something at the end of the Grand Line, the moment that it gets out somebody has the 4 Road Glyphs and is going to Road Star Isle then every major power on the planet. Law seems to smart and grounded to very suddenly go "Haha Luffy now that Kaido is dead it is time for me to betray you and try to take One Piece." when it means facing down Blackbeard and The World Government on his own.

It's quite funny how Kid has done nothing but walk around only to come to the amazing conclusion in this chapter that he should walk around some more.

He is doing the thing that Luffy did with Caesar back in Punk Hazard he wants ALL the momentum going and as much crap as he can Katamari up so he can punch Kaido as hard as possible. It won't do much but it will be one heck of a spectacle to behold.

Not really. Robin spoke from a perspective of Strawhats and knowing Luffy will try to beat them. Hence for them, the only way to get the Road Poneglyphs is to beat the two Yonkou.
Law is literally denying that by searching for the poneglyph and avoiding the fight right now, and even Luffy (Brook) has managed to reach one Road Poneglyph without beating Big Mom.
If beating Kaidou was equated to finding the truth/Road Poneglyph in Law´s mind, he would be trying to get to Kaidou, not go on a treasure hunt.

Except that going for Road Star Island/Laugh Tale itself will bring you into conflict with the Yonkou (and everyone else). The world isn't just gonna sit on it's rump while someone goes for the goal.

Not saying it was a gag, it being a gag would have been out of place but at least understandable, I am not sure where you don't get any level of doubt out of Nami being on her hands and knees saying. "I am sorry He is an idiot please don't headbutt me I am going to die if you do, we will leave the Island" not being a moment of doubt. "She is lying" would work for me if she had a payoff for delaying her death, if she were leading Ulti into some sort of trap like she did back in the Alabasta fight. This time around she blubbered like a weakling, got called on her BS and was gonna die like a putz if not for the fact Tama bailed her out.

It is a fine gag to do when they are heading towards Punk Hazard, but having her at all hesitate in the midst of a war that is supposed to Establish the Straw Hats as real contenders is really off putting to me. It has been a decade since the Timeskip and we have seen One Member of the crew in a serious fight that showed off what they could do, and now in the midst of the Arc that is supposed to Establish Luffy and his crew as being on par with the 4 most powerful Pirate crews..we have Usopp one shot, we have Chopper Sidelined and we have Nami cringing like a coward.

It doesn't inspire confidence in me that we aren't going to see a repeat of Dressrosa and Whole Cake Island where Luffy is the only one who gets to shine in battle.

Not gonna lie, I am very disappointed that Usopp isn't getting a real fight where he can show what he is made of, as well as Nami having "doubts" or even considering lying about her faith in Luffy.

We are not far from the end of the series, it is really unfortunate that 3 of the Crew (if Chopper is infected) won't have shown off their full capabilities by the end of this arc.

Given the sheer number of Smile Fruits that have given their users absurd body horror style mutations such as your face being a chickens rear end I wish to bring up the following Notion.

Queen came up with the idea of feeding recruits Smile Fruits for no other reason than it amuses him to turn people into abominations whose quality of life has got to be very low.

I feel like apoo did something wrong just like xdrake, and queen thinks he is traitor or just doesn't like him and wants him to die. Oda is slowly gathering the 8 supernovas on the same side, as in the enemies of beast pirates.

Alternatively Queen is just a jerk.

Kaido going human form makes a ton of sense given that his Dragon form's advantages have been largely ineffective against the Nine.
