In Japanese Fude(筆) can refer to a writing brush, writing, painting brush however in the card, his fruit's name is Sumi Sumi no mi. Sumi (墨) refers to ink/black ink. So far, the official japanese name seems to be Sumi Sumi no mi.

I do remember One Piece Wikia reporting Kazekage as named Fukage in the anime. I know "fuu" and "kaze" are both valid for wind kanji, but are the furiganas reporting "kaze"? I mean, I can see there're three 'ganas above the kanji, but can't swear if the second is a line or what.

The furigana says Kaze for the first character and Kage for the second as it should. There are total 4 kanas above the Kanji.
