Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood director Yasuhiro Irie has confirmed on his Twitter account on Thursday that original manga creator Hiromu Arakawa has planned out the final manga installment, and that his staff is writing and storyboarding the material for the anime based that ending. He added that he was shocked by the enormity of the final chapter and noted there are only two months left.

The addition of Dragon Ball Z Kai is part of 4Kids’ stragegy of expanding its anime programming (see “Kahn Promises More Anime”). 4Kids told Mediaweek that it planned to bring “edgier” anime titles into the line-up for the CW 4Kids block, and will tentatively brand the block “Toonzai.”

May as well just mention I asked Mike McFarland about this back in October and he said he's definitly not voicing Ling Yao. He may have been covering up for the company but considering he told me about dubbed songs that wouldn't be released until March this year, I wouldn't say he was lying.

YAY BROTHERHOOD IN ONE WEEK! Too bad i'm not American because I would love to watch this on TV once it airs!

If thats true i can really think of one (well technically now two ) other character he could play.

I know Bleach must be wrong because they already have it. FLCL changed hands so technically it could be considered "new". But I don't know concretely.

What about Alphonse? His actor isn't a kid anymore, could he really still voice the character?

Nope the 2nd show will start in sept. Not sure on the 3rd one

Maxey Whitehead will voice Alphonse. Aaron Dismuke (Al's Old voice actor) will be featured in another role later in the series. (most likely Ling Yao)
