Dunno if I'm assuming to much but in this page : http://www.mangareader.net/one-piece/666/6 Monet is seen with a harpy themed pen, so I think she probably is a df user. Despite this it's always possible that she had some obsession with winged animals and thus asked law to give her the wings etc. :/
