I guess one thing I should have mentioned in my first post was the importance of a diet. In the last "Before" picture I posted (non cosplay one) I had actually lost some weight from the first picture that I posted (cosplay one with me next to RE5 Sheva).
I had been working out with a personal trainer for about 6 months, spending wayyy to much money. My Max Bench went from around 120 to over 200lbs, but all I wanted was to slim down. I didnt lose a single ounce till I started eating 6 small meals a day and walking. ( Lost 10lbs in 3 weeks )
Then I started adding weight training, and the rest flew off. Then I was stuck at 188 around thanksgiving… I had a veggie juice fast for a week, and went down to 179lbs right after thanksgiving from the 215lbs I started at (in second before picture)
Was that clear??? LOL I tend to ramble.
