My theory:
Momo will eventually lose control of Onigashima and it will fall but not explode. The town will be all rubber and it will bounce back to the sky - the explosion will be key to defeating Kaido.

Big Mum WILL fall in this arc, when she is overwhelmed by the cake Capone will strike.

Fujitora will die.
No way ho will stand strong against the straw hats ever again, not having him in the final war means he is or will be a trigger.

Finally there seems to be reason for Luffys stupid food-poisoning and introducing Reiju as an antidot. The new cake theyre making will be poisoned. Chiffon and both Puddings have motives.

The awaking of the gomu gomu no mi will give luffy the ability to grow back limbs. it will happen when he loses an arm in the kaido battle; from that point he will fight with exploding fists (by letting go of the haki on impact).

None will be able to stop Mama and when shes about to kill her family straw hats will help out. Initiated by Sanji not wanting to let Pudding die. hence they kinda share the same fate dont they? both born to be "used" one day and abused as childs. Sanjis Father and Puddings Mama were both monsters to them. Capone already thought the crashing castle could be enough to finish of the Big Mum Pirates, this now is a much bigger problem. Remember what happened to the giants?

Lola has no twin sister. Big Mom was never close to get a deal with the giants. Its all a plot from the Memo-Memo no Mi messing with the memories. Lola talking all good about Big Mom, giving the Vivre card to the Straw Hats, saying that Mama is a strong pirate and they should contact her if they need help…
Thriller Bark Lola wasnt lieing, neither was she so dumb that she didnt realize her Mom hated her and wanted to kill her for what she did.. and of course she wasnt trapping the straw hats. I mean.. even if Lola thought she was still fine with her Mom, Big Mom turned out to be a raging monster that kills her own family for no reason.. option A: pudding plot, she is manipulating everyone and took over the reigns within the last 2 years; option B: Lola is completely aware but evil too. she thought she could make up for her mistakes if she delivered strong guys and rare creatures like chopper and brook.

oda has to explain why lola gave that vivre card to the straw hats when she "appearently" had their well-being in mind. i mean.. the way mama is presented youll eventually get killed for stuff like "not attending the tea party" or "be around in the wrong moment when shes outta specific sweets". because pudding still somehow cares for her sister the memo memo story has flaws like "no it wasnt her, it was her twin sister" in order to keep her alive.
we already see luffy doesnt like capone, so of course his plan to take big mums head wont succeed, but hes the guy who would kill her if shes defeated and he is still on his feet > mama wont be defeated, she will eventually go in a complete rage, destroy most of WCI herself and will will eventually even be brought in a corner. after pudding is shut down she will regain her memories and act all different. he had the lowest bounty of all supernovae thats why i think the firetank pirates will fall first. big mom will regret all the stuff shes done the past years (due to the Memo Memo no mi) and will retire as pirate leading a peaceful country. both arrest & death doesnt fit.
big mum just defeated & capone still on his feet (like law when doflamingo was defeated), he would surely finish it.
