I dont think Shirahoshi will join. She'll probably end up taking the throne and continue what her mother wanted.

Jimbei would also be out, because if you look at the crew right now, they all have dreams they want to acheive, all of which are probably only possible after they get to the end of the Grand Line. The crew will probably recruit a crew member with that kind of dream.
