Pre skip Robin struggled yama holding him off physically. In Thriller Bark she failed tohold off a weak Zoro zombie, who easily was able to break her hold. But now she had no problem holding off Hakuba?

Either Hakuba is just a speedster and physically weak or dunno

If i remember correctly she created 16 hands to stop zombie who was about to attack Chopper, and she succeeded. He was able to break free because it was only 16 hands, Robin can sprout more. Moreover, few chapters later she restrained Ors's arm….
She felt pressure of Yama's weight, when he was landing. Again more hands would have eliminated this issue.
Robin's words stand true - power and speed means nothing to her. She proved it with Hakuba (speed) and she proved it with Ors (power)

since oda forgot the main limit of his fruit (being the hana-hana his limb have to "sprout" from something and have "roots"),it's entirely possible he forgot that he already drew a scene where robin was not able to see
of course all that can be re-adjusted in "she needs to have a general understanding of the position of the target",that would still kinda make sense in a manga were some adjustments must be made for some power to work..what doesn't make sense is that the characteristic that defined the very name of his fruit isn't there anymore.

The main principle of her fruit is still there. She sprouts her limbs… If she will sprout legs on a piece if brick- it will be able to walk. Brick in this case plays a role of "roots". Her clone can be explained with a step by step "creation". First head, than shoulders, arms torso hips and finally legs. In this case "roots " are her upper body.
She also doesn't need to see where to sprout her limbs "she needs to have a general understanding of the position of the target". It was shown when she created her upper body next to Law to communicate with him. She knows how Law looks like and where he is (at the beach), this information helps her to create a clone on the sand next to Law. If she didn't know where he was, she could have created a clone on Law's back.

If WG was not afraid of the truth, but instead was interested in the old language, in panegliphs, in history, - How much money would they offered Robin for this knowledge? This sum of money is her bounty - in my opinion it's priceless, because…..
WG offered 6 billion for a DF - a powerful DF. Robin, on the other hand, offers world chattering knowledge, plus she offers the world. Domination of the world which is possible with three great weapons. Any Younku, WG, or Rev. army with those weapons would be able destroy current system and accomplish their goals.
79m is enough to kill a 8 year old kid, and that is what WG did. This bounty was just an attempt to kill her, it's not the price of what she knows or what she potentially could found out. They simply wanted to eliminate her, 79m is reasonable amount....
but why WG did not update her bounty when she managed to escape their clutches for so long? why no update when she was revealed to be a right hand of a Crocodile? why no update when she escaped Ennies Lobby?

new bounties will be in a complete mess
Current bounties don't represent SH's current threat level, even slightest increase would be great, however it wont be enough to satisfy readers
Zoro and Sanji will not get 250-350m bounty increase, even though they deserve and are strong enough to have such bounties.
the same can be said about other SH's, some will pass 100m bar. However is that really enough?
Robin's case is an entirely different story. Why her bounty is still not upgraded and is still so low puzzles me. She got a huge bounty as a child, and even though she managed to survive and escape from marines all those years, as a child, they did not raise her bounty. Then her bounty remained the same even after they found out she was working with Crocodile, helping him with his schemes including destroying a country. She got a miserable increase after she escaped governments clutches - which doesn't make any sense. A women, WG tried to capture for the past 20 years, is finally in their hands but manages to escape. WG should have given her a proper bounty and making her into Supernova, after Enies Lobby
Maybe, they did not consider her a threat as long as she stayed on their territory? However, right now, Robin is in the New World where WG don't have much authority and freedom, so maybe will will see a huge increase in the near future.

SH are the main characters and they should always be main focus of attention.

1 in three years Cora and Law become friends
2 Dofla found Ope Ope fruit, and is looking for someone who is talented enough to use it, in order to obtain the treasure
3 Cora found out about his plan, disagreed with it and stole the fruit
4 Dofla in rage created birthcage and send his men including Law to capture his brother
5 Law found him first, due to some circumstances Cora gave this power to Law
6 Dofla kills his brother, as he is no longer needed
7 Law is no longer willing to follow the captain, as a result Vergo beats him up
8 Dofla decides to let him go, as killing him wont do any good - fruit will disappear, might be found by someone else and ect.
9 Law cures his illness and vows to kill Doflamingo

right now i wouldn't mind Luffy dragging Bellamy on to the ship and making him a SH…
it's possible, it will go perfect with something like....."Luffy: Bellamy.....i will find you a new dream"

Maybe Manshelly is the one who made all gnomes so gullible. Doflamingo definitely would love to have this power. However, it wont help King Riku in the current situation, at least i don't see any use of this power to him and his people. So maybe it's something else, but i don't think it's power of restoration. First of all, why would Doflamingo want this power? furthermore it's kinds dull..

The fact that Pica has a sword does not automatically make him a swordsman..
If i remember correctly Senior Pink had a sword, but he is a brawler. Baby 5 has all kinds of cold weapons and firearms, but it does not make her into a master of this disciples. Diamond, is another example, caries a sword with him, but does not know how to use it properly. Dofla and Gladius caries guns… and so on
So the fact that Pica has a sword does not make him into (experienced) swordsman. Therefore, there is nothing anticlimactic or random about this scene…

Wasn't it stated in manga or somewhere (SBS) that Enel failed to notice/feel/predict deflected Gatling punches, because Luffy himself did't know in which direction they will go…... i think, that was the main point why Luffy used in the first place... but, it hapend a long time ago, so i don't remember it all that well
