I know this is the Dumb Predictions thread, but it would be really cool if the reason why Brook decided to stop being a knight (or something like that) to become a pirate had something to do with the Vinsmokes.

This part of my prediction seems indeed plausible. Brook has obviously some knowledge about the Vinsmoke's and my bet is it has something to do with his past.
I though about something else also. Laffite sword look almost the same as Brook one. I don't remember from what sea Brook and Laffite are from but if they where from the same, they could have learn the same fighting style. That would be cool. But I remember hearing that Brook has developped is current style based on his body. I don't know.

My guess is that the event of the Tea Party will lead to a bigger conflict. Something involving many protagonist. If you look the state of the story right now, it's a gigantic mess which will explode soon. Between the Revos and BB and the fact that Kaidou seems really angry, something will explode and it will be around the Tea Party.

I don't know if this was bought up before but maybe the Tea party is based on the event of the Boston Tea Party in 1773.
It's basically the event which got the independance war sstarted.
If this is true, then it means the Straw Hat are going into something big.

Brook family got murdered by the Vinsmokes, he became a pirate to get vengeance. When he will meet Sanji again, it will be a 10 day long clash between's Brook ice (soul solid) and Sanji fire (leg) to determine the winner.

But Oda could have played that differently and still end up with the alliance, even if Law and Luffy would have not met in Shabaody. For example, he could have put Robin on the role of the one presenting Law to Luffy saying he's a famous pirate well known. Law obviously had already an idea about the crazyness of the Straw Hat (since they are know to cause trouble everywhere). The result would have been the same.

Oda writes and draws everything that moves. He listens to his editors about certain beats in the story and stuff but for the most part it is all him. His assistants draw things that are static in the back ground. Oda draws everything that moves like people, animals, clouds, etc.

On another note, I noticed something about they way Oda writte the story. I'm just guessing here but I don't think the entire script of the serie is known, even by Oda himself. I think he kinda let the story evolve they way he feel it. Of course he probably has an idea about the "big lines" of the story but not the details. That's why he often let "open doors" that he can use or not later in the story. Small details (like a phrase or an object). Usually, when we read them, we don't think it’s important (then again, they are sometimes pretty fishy, like with Lola mom – we obviously know something will happen) but sometimes they will play a role later on the story. Maybe I'm totaly wrong but that's the way I feel it. We have seen details not used, like the giant supposed to sink ships in the Florian Triangle outside Thriller Bark. But then again, the story isn’t finished yet.

What does Oda do exactly ? Does he writte the dialog or he's just drowing ? How many are they working on the manga ?
I don't really know if this is the right place to post those questions but I was wondering.

My guess is that Sanji has some sort of secret that makes him valuable in the eye of the powerfull (Big Mom and the Government). He is maybe the key to resolve something (related to Ancient Waepons for example). To me, it's seems plausible since we know the Government is trying to get more power in his side and thus, trying to capture Sanji to get it. We don't know much about Big Mom yet and i'm aware of that but I will assume this : since the death of WB, the world is "upisde down". We saw Big Mom weakened by Kidd. But she doesn't seems to react to Kidd attack since he's still alive doing stuff freely. It's seems strange for somoene well known to be cruel. My guess is she's finally fighting back by trying to get her hand on Sanji so she can profit the power his family got. Wait a minute … I just thought about something new :D Forget about the ancient weapons (that doesn't seem plausible at all). But the fact that Big Mom is trying to form an alliance with Sanji's family is kinda possible. Then, this arc could possibly involve the Marine since maybe it would be about "who is fast enough to form an alliance with the Vinsmokes".
