ok that actually looks pretty solid, the arlong pirates being made to be the enemies for the first season is a good change iirc
hopefully we do get to the season 2...how the hell are they going to do a cgi chopper and carue consistently tho

So APers, its been a long-ass 20 years, but we're finally down to the final milestone for reals this time (declared by oda after years and years of teasing). Doesn't that make you feele old? So given how the past threads just died away due to the passing of the time, I thought it would be a good idea to give people a chance on who they feel to be the final villain of the entire series, especially given fairly recent events to the overall story. Onwards we go to the candidates!
Disclaimer - No pictures till i can figure out how to. Or maybe any friendly mods would feel free to place their favourite pics.
Blackbeard D Teach
Dreamer. Emperor. Betrayal. Lover of cherry pies and soda hater. Clear frontrunner till recently, he seems to have it all - dark mirror of luffy, dream team of evil strawhats, a consistently lurking threat in the hiding who gets what he wants, it seemed as if he's the frontrunner - until recent events pushed several characters to the forefront. Will he still retain the lead here, or fall off like many pretenders before the end?
Akainu
Poster child for the evil government(tm) and with a somewhat dubious reputation for attracting bad posters, akainu is currently the fleet admiral and the one responsible for all the bad miltary action done so far. Powerful, while being responsible for shanking ace, some people would think a final showdown will involve luffy bringing down the government against a hugely powerful foe.
Five Elders
Previously shown to be the true rulers of the world until a few years ago where they were seemingly subservient to Kaguya Imu, there were speculation that they were more powerful than they seemed, to the excitement of many powerlevel speculators who wondered how strong gandhi actually is. Sadly, seemed to have taken a fall with how they're actually second-rank, but perhaps they could pull a sudden rise?
Imu
The extremely latecomer, somewhat retconny true-ruler-of-the-world, this enigmatic figure seemed to have a connection to the Void century, with control over the WG/Navy and seemingly some kind of doomsday weapon that eradicates islands? Not sure where oda is going with this, but WG-final-foe theorists have consistently pushed this new character to the forefront.
Dragon
Dragon's here, dragon's there but never actually doing anything much. Some people have speculated that he and luffy will clash with ideals but it's never felt real enough, especially with Sabo right there? Anyway, put it there because it was an option previously..i guess.
Shanks
The mentor to the protagonist, shanks have seemingly taken a somewhat shadier role with the whole nika fruit revelation that he may have other ulterior motives. Will Oda pull a big surprise and reveal shanks to have palpatine levels of evil machinations?
Shitpost arguments
Let's be real, beyond a aizen/kaguya asspull levels of bad writing, no one else really have the pathos or the strength to make it up as final villain. But if there's someone you really feel strongly about, post away!
HMs aren't needed, they are only used for side stuff, like secret items or zones with trainers.
Really?Thats pretty good news.
It always irked me when a bidoof takes up a slot for the sake of cutting bushes and shrubs…
Anyway, the game feels fun.Sure,it's the same as before without any real changes to gameplay, but isn't that the charm of the game(capturing pokes, raising them..etc)
Still grinding before the 1st gym leader.Just gotten the fire monkey, but intending to grind a little more
Every night with my dad and mum. It's kinda like a habit I have developed since i was young, and somehow it followed me till now.
It sounds cheesy, but i find it reassuring and see it as a way to remind myself that they're there and not take them for granted, especially when i keep things in perspective
