This night I dreamed I was reading OP and the next cover story was about Don Krieg.
It's quite improbable, but it would be funny if the next cover story really is about Krieg.

here is the "idiot like roger" comment
http://www.onemanga.com/One_Piece/400/03/
In the German version she says something like humdinger or devil of a fellow. I think this fits better into the context.
The similarities mentioned by the others may be rather his strong will and determination than something like being an idiot.
I could imagine the first option very well. Jimbei and Arlong might have been nakama until the WG offered Jimbei the Shichibukai position. Jimbei accepted because there were some concessions for his race, but Arlong and a few others thought that these concessions were ridiculous, so that they separated and left Jimbei's crew.
I would really prefer Jimbei to be a good guy who just wants to aid his people and who actually is sad about the whole development, but also knows that the fish- and merfolk has no chance against the whole WG + Marine, if they would decide to go all-out, so that he thought it would be the best to cooperate with them.
I'm really upset to see some flashbacks about Jimbei and Arlong.
Thanks BF and farewell Brankie!
Hooray, finally chapter 500…
@Kaimei-Karasuhebi:
Crocodile lost his hand while riding a ferris wheel
And Moria lost his crew because of an accident with a ferris wheel in the new world. Seems that these ferris wheels may have a bigger influence on the OPworld than we have imagined. I'd rank them right behind the infamous stairs of doom.
But jokes aside I'm really looking forward to see more flashbacks with Arlong and the others. I don't want to justify what he did, but I think he showed some good sides, too. Unlike Kuro or Krieg who didn't think about someone else besides themselves Arlong at least cared about his nakama.
And yesterday there was some scientific broadcast on tv with the question whether everybody who is considered as a good guy would turn bad if there's just the right (or better wrong) circumstances.
I really wonder what would have become of Arlong and some others like Croc and Moria, if they had some other circumstances in their lifes.
Excuse me,did we see him do it ?
At least it looks like ice cream and there is a slurp sound in his speech bubble.
And it's really nice to see Arlong once again.
I don't think that Shanks and Whitebeard are still fighting. I think if there will be a big surprise in 500, it might be as following:
Some noble gets beaten and tries to call an admiral. But the admiral refuses and the scene switches to Whitebeard who is going to rescue Ace and encounters some higher marines.
But I have a stupid question: Is the Tenryuubito eating ice cream? If yes, how?
Ah, I finally understand it. I was just a little bit confused because of the lines drawed in the map. So these lines are only air line and not the actual way.
Seems that the Strawhats must be really lucky to have come from the middle path because this saves a lot of detour.
There are five different routes remaining, and the log posts for all these crews are pointing to one of the five islands in the New World BUT the only way to get into the New World is to go over the Red Line - and since most people seem to agree that there isn't some tiny stream going through the Red Line, you have to go under. Therefore all these people need to get their ship coated and Shabondy is the (only?) place to get that done.
But the Log Pose of the Strawhats' is pointing to Fishman Island, isn't it?
Shouldn't that imply that Fishman Island is a part of the Strawhats' route and not part of the other routes?
And the other paths are clearly going through the Red Line on the map.
I still don't understand why everybody has to reach this place.
Considering the map there should be still five different paths at this point of the Grandline.
Thank you very much, BF!
Thanks very much Battle Franky!
Thanks for the chap, doflamingo!
Three weeks? The last time I had such a hart time was… er... 1 year ago.
Sure, it's hard to compare because during the whole meeting we NEVER see another person sitting or standing on the exact same level as Kuma.
But considering him sitting at the table I can't imagine him more than twice as big as for example Doflamingo.
Damn is Kuma huge! Was everybody at Maryjois incredibly huge or did he grow insanely since chapter 234. Anyway he´s so scary in this chapter. Nothing left of the moderate attitude of his.
The first impression is important, isn't it? And our first impression was this:

Looks like we've been tricked by this perspective drawing. At least a lot of us…
Hello Griffin!
I hope you had a lot of fun by doing whatever you did.
And I wish you a lot of fun for the future, too!
In the manga he appears in chapter 154 the first time.
Then he appears in 157, where he's officially introduced,
and remains until 159.
After this he appears once again in 233.
And last but not least he appears in 434, 440 and 441.
So, that's about the manga. I hope, I didn't forget anything. Sorry, but I don't know in which episodes he appears.
And if you've read chapter 441, you've got to decide, whether you want to join AIDS.
Thank you, BF! downloads chapter
I think, it's going to be at least 3 rounds, too. But I don't think they will really fight until the final round.
The first "round" was Jaya, where they were interrupted by the knock-up-stream.
The second "round" will take place in the Furorian Triangle I think. There will be either no fight or a short fight in which Blackbeard is toying with Luffy a little bit.
Then Blackbeard is going to say something about Ace, but we'll never hear it because at this point Blackbeard and the Strawhats will be separated due to the effects of the triangle.
Because Blackbeard and his nakama said that the Strawhats are quite near, I think Blackbeard & Co. will appear to fight them.
But due to the triangle there will be just a very short fight without a clear winner.
After that I could imagine to see Jinbei, Doflamingo and Kuma. Maybe it's like kljs mentioned.
That would be really great.
Thanks for the chapter, BF!
Anyone wanna bet Dr Begabank is a fishman and the next SH?
May be too far fetched but a bogavante is a lobster in spanish:
Hmm… looks at HEATXZ's signature
Maybe Dr. Begabank is like Dr. Zoidberg.
I mean, at least they're both doctors.
Thanks BF!
Wow! What an awesome chapter!
Thanks StrawHatLuffy! Wow… Garp returns... That was really surprising. Can't wait to see the next chapter...
@Fire Fist:
We never did learn any of the Baroque Agent's real names, besides Robin, Croc, Daz Boness, Paula (Or was that just her alias?), Igaram, and Bon-chan.
I'm wondering whether Bon Clay is the real name. IIRC it was stated on the SBS that he got two names because he hadn't a female partner and Bon Clay means Christmas (or anything like that) in Japanese.
Hmm, there should be new bounties very soon. So I'll make my guess now, before it's too late.
Luffy: 300 mil
Zoro: 180 mil
Sogeking: 200 mil
Sanji: 120 mil
Nami: 65 mil
Chopper: 75 mil
Robin: 158 mil
Franky: 112 mil
I think, Luffy is now in the same league, where Doflamingo and Kuma were, when their bounties got frozen. The other bounties are just some weird feelings of me.
Thanks BF!
Hmm… I wonder what has got to happen to make Zoro and Sanji cry?
At least Sanji did sweat a little bit during the Luffy vs. Usopp fight.:getlost:
Thanks BF und congrats Eneru!
Thanks for the chapter, hyakamaru!
Wow! This chapter is pure awesomeness!
Usopp was really great. If I remember correctly, this is the first time that Usopp Noise worked on an enemy. Or did it already work some time before?
I'm also wondering what exactly Aokiji says in the short flashback. He was speaking to Lucci, wasn't he? That he said maybe something like not to underestimate the Strawhaws because the become more and more dangerous with time or anything like that.
But when did say it to him? If he went to Water 7 after the Longring Longisland incident, there's a good probability that he is near at hand at the moment and he might have another appearance very soon.
I'm wondering what he might do then because he is so difficult to predict.
Yeah! Thank you Battle Franky!
A) Nothing I could post here. is afraid of 1 2 Jango
Q) I had a vision of Don Krieg standing on a cliff in all his pride. Cool, isn't it?
Anyway, about the Blackbeard Pirates as a whole- I thinks it's apparent from the very end of the Jaya Arc that none of them have Devil Fruit powers. The only exception is Laffite since he wasn't there they got tossed into the ocean.
But we've never seen them swimming in the ocean. In the first panel after the knock-up-stream where we can see them they're already sitting on the trunk.
It might be possible that some of them have DF powers and were saved by someone else.
Theoretical t might also be possible that all four of them have DF abilities. But then they were really, really lucky…
Thanks BF! downloading
Thank you BF! OMG I can't believe I'm on Page 1…
And Kokoro looks cool!
@Tokoro:
meaning that there's no Jump (and consequently, no OP) next week due to Golden Week.
Due to Golden Week? Why? Did Ms. Golden Week steal all the colours which are necessary to print?
Couldn't she get her colour from another source?
Yeah, this sounds good for me, too. After we've seen what Funkfreed really is I've thought the same.
Facetious I said to a friend that the goat is a DF-user / DF-using object which didn't eat the wanted poster at the conference because it was simply hungry, but it just has eaten them to show its animosity and its superiority about the mapped people - indicating that it has much more power than them and could destroy them easily in reality, too.
Okay… Maybe it was just hungry...
However this is a good point and I think so, too.
SMOKER joining? Sorry, but HELL NO. We've seen how stubborn that guy is, and there's no way in hell he would ever join a pirate group. He has vowed that one time in Albasta was the ONLY time he would let them go… he will show up again, but not as a crewmember, not even temporarily. It's just plain out of character.
Yes, he may be stubborn. But I think he'll change his view in the future. All over the time he thought that all pirates are evil. But then he met Luffy who doesn't fit in this scheme. At the present situation he may be to stubbern to admit it, but I think Smoker will develop in the future and realize that neither are all pirates pure evil nor all of the marine or governmant are good.
So I could imagine him and Tashigi joining temporar quite well. Maybe in some kind of plot where the marine is going to kill a lot of innocent people to uncover the lost age or something like that.
@MintLeech:
The closest I can think that the church is involved is in Skypiea but it didn't say anything about religion. Yeah, I want religion to be involved in One Piece
Don't forget Bartholemew Bear who was holding a bible during the conference.
And: Hello and have a lot of fun here!
Thanks BF!
At the end of the last chapter I though Fukuro was knocked out by Franky's punch. Although I really want to see the other fights - especially Caliphas DF powers - I'm glad he isn't. Can't wait until next week to see how it continues…
Welcome to Arlong Park!
I'm new here, too. I was really surprised because I thought the Arlong Park has been destroyed a while ago. But now everything is fine here. Luckily…
Ich wünsche einen wunderschönen guten Tag! Dürfte ich Ihnen eine Tasse Tee servieren?
gives Nora a cup of tea
@Juraquille:
I doubt anyone hates CP9. Now Spanda(m)…
Anyway, what does "Spanda" mean? Franky said it and Spandam wasn't very amused about it, but I've no clue what it means.
Thanks for the chapter and Happy Birthday, Battle Franky!:yatta:
Where are Robin and the others, anyway? I couldn't see them on the water. Are they already so far away from Luffy?
I wonder how Don Krieg managed it to return to East Blue.
