I think the triclops girl is Koala. If you look at her when her eyes are open (minus the third eye) they are similar to Koala's eyes. Also, she looked a bit concerned when Big Mom was going to destroy Fishman Island. I think she was a key reason why Fishman Island went under Big Mom's protection.
