Do people have a link for an English scanslation of Jaco, the Galactic Patrolman?

RE: Chapter 508 "Isle of Carnage" Discussion
Actually, didn't Kuma mention that he was a Pacifista, the super robot that Vegapunk made? Isn't it possible that the model of the Pacifista was determined first, then Kuma's memories and devil fruit were transferred into one? Sounds much more plausible than time travelling paw fruits and clone armies…

RE: JUMP Festa 2008 (2007 for everyone but Shueisha)
Hey Greg thanks for all the info about JUMP Festa. I'm not really that active on these forums, so I don't really know what THAT incident at the other JUMP Festa was. Could anyone enlighten me on this?

RE: Chapter 479 "Warrior of Hope" Discussion
Actually I was just thinking if this is truly the end of Thriller Bark.
Most of us want Brook to join the Strawhats, but what I'm worried about is that all the Strawhats have had a flashback BEFORE the final boss battle in their arc, and Brook has yet to have one. So here's my theory:
1. Luffy has only beaten Oz, not Moria himself. Like many have pointed out, only the shadows of Nightmare Luffy have gone back to their owners, so there's still room for conflict.
2. Before the final Moria fight, there's room for a Brook flashback, cementing his place in the Strawhats
Whaddya think?

RE: Chapter 466 "Conclusion" Discussion
I'm in agreement with the people who've said that Zoro has already won the battle. Of course, we cannot predict what Oda is thinking, and it is possible that Zoro has yet to defeat Ryuma, especially since he hasn't put on his bandanna.
However, the biggest reason to believe that what was witnessed in 466 is not just the middle of the battle is because of Brooke saying "The fight is finished". We could put out reasons of why the battle isn't over, like how Brooke has not seen Zoro fight before and therefore Zoro could still get up after being "defeated" by Ryuma. On the other hand, I don't think Oda would make Brooke say this line just to highlight how different he is from Zoro. It seems more like a set up to surprise people as to how Zoro defeated Ryuma, and give an even greater climax to the battle.

RE: Chapter 466 "Conclusion" Discussion
Personally, I don't believe Zoro has lost. Brooke just said "The duel is over." (according to the translations I've read at least)
Nowhere was it mentioned that Zoro lost. All the talk of him not using full strength could just show how much he pwned Ryumma. The scene with Ryumma looking all badass could just be like 1 second before he topples over, defeated by Zoro's new move which sends him flying through the air to land on the ground below.Anyway, for the Ussop fight, all I can say is, "GO TEN TON HAMMER!"

RE: Garp and Roger
Actually, what I really meant was I THOUGHT Roger was Luffy's grandfather, but have since been corrected by Oda.

Garp and Roger
Since we're all waiting for next week and a new chapter, I thought I'd post a theory I've had for some time…
I believe that Garp is Gol D. Roger's brother, perhaps in the same way Ace and Luffy are brothers. Both are Ds, and ever since Aokiji fought with Luffy I thought the grandfather he was referring to was Roger.
Garp was always cornering Roger, but never captured him. Perhaps Garp went easy on Roger because he was his brother. It was never confirmed that Garp was the one that captured Roger.
Anyway, this is just speculation, 'cause we don't know how people get the name of "D". But wouldn't it be cool if the future pirate king was related to the old pirate king?
