We know they supply the World Government, but my big question is; what pirate crews do you think they've assisted with their ships?
Galley-La Ships

Hmmm … it's hard to say, because from the look of it, they've helped a lot of middle-range pirates (like the Big Helmet pirates) with repairs and modifications of previously-built ships ... Galley-la may have even built the ships of some of those pirates too, but I get the impression that those kinds of ships were churned out by the hundreds: cheap and sturdy and serviceable, but not "made with a DON" ...

The following comment of Kokoro's also leads me to believe that the last ship they actually "built with a DON" was Roger's. She doesn't make it sound as if there have been any DON-worthy pirates to build such a ship for between then and now:
(Stephen's translation) –
Cocoro: That Roger fella…
Was stupid like this one is...
That's why you gave 'im your help...
And here we are again,
alla Tom's Workers helping out a pirate boy...!!
Ngagagaga.
{You'da done the same,}I'm looking forward to seeing various Galley-la customizations on other pirate ships: I bet they do seastone setting on the sly for Shanks and etc as well as for the WG.

Possibly the Yonkou as they wouldn't be particularly worried about the World Government interfering with their visits to Water 7. The local pirates probably use Galley-La as well as it's convenient and Galley-La doesn't seem too particular so long as they get paid.
I wonder if there's an all-pirate equivalent to Water 7 anywhere at a location that the World Government won't bother them. One of the Blues for instance or somewhere deep in the New World where the Navy fears to tread.
