No that's not right he needs to do something heroic like saving the whole crew, making luffy want him back. after that Usopp needs to be a man and apologise then he can rejoin
Well, we're back in the Elbaf training square then

Kinda cliche ONEinchPUNCH, I more want Usopp becoming a temporary subplot or something and comes back super awesome.
Well, that's what works for the rest of them. Of course, that includes:
1. going through extreme circumstances. The next guy that hit's Usopp with a 2-ton bat, stabs him 5 times, and throws him down a 1 story build is going to be surprised… hahaha, I'd like to see that.
With that said, the "rock club thug," from the Kuro arc wouldn't stand a chance against Usopp now. Sanji probably couldn't beat Jyabura without being pushed to the edge by Gin or Mr. 2. Mr.1 brought Zoro to a new level.
2. Rivalry? This is out of nowhere, but I think it's Sanji's reason for improvement.
3. Training inbetween on the ship. Zoro's method, or maybe for the rest of the crew.
4. Fighting to your nakama! (...god what a dorky phrase.) Anyway, this is Luffy's reason--he made gear 2 for this. In fact, this is a big motivator for Usopp to, as seen in Alabasta. If Jyabura had threathened one of Usopp's nakama more directly, Usopp would have litteraly gone SSJ and blown up all of Enies Lobby and Namek too. Of course, all the SHs could do that, even Nami.
However, as for his rejoining, I'm kind of hoping that Luffy doesn't make it easy. I'd love a chapter that ends with Luffy answering Usopp's request to join with an intense, "NO!"
Then, Luffy makes Usopp do something to join. I imagine this:
Luffy: Our crew is going to the New World soon! If you want to live with us, you'll have to endure challenges a lot bigger then before! Can you handle it?
Usopp cletches his fist in anger
Usopp: YES!!
...something like that. Oda's at least good at climaxes and conclusions, such as Sanji after losing to Calipha. That's the last sting of hope, Usopp's conclusion.
1. That's Usopp's destined last fight. No way in hell that it happens before that.
2. THAT'S NOT USOPP-ISH!@#$%^&*
3. Nope.
4. That's quite a good reason for a badass snapped Usopp.
And for his comeback:
Usopp planned over 23 ways to go in. Just pick one and pray for success.

Er…the "1 through 4" weren't solely meant for Usopp, but rather ways that everyone in the crew gets stronger over time.

Yeah, you even wrote it in them, I just connected it to him because I felt I needed =O
I think sogeking was funny, particularly in the anime.
Zoro and Ryoga need a manga where they wander around the world helping people with their problems
I didn't find Naruto (the character) particularly boring from the start, since that's the series you're talking about. It's the fact he didn't evolve at all during the course of the series that made him annoying. Sasuke and Sakura have always been lost causes though.
this sums up the reasons I can't get back into that series perfectly
Usopp leaves for several days to learn PK Starstorm
I'm having trouble reading all the posts from my last one (due to a board error no doubt due to my preference of seeing one hundred posts per page), but I'll just interject that "Usopp's development" is the only promising opportunity for a Straw Hat to "evolve" at all in the whole series, since the main characters have been pretty much set in stone since the beginning.
Don't get me wrong, I don't expect to see Usopp get a fundamental makeover, just be a lot more badarse + capable with his fights, not unlike some characters in Jojo.
