Hey I'm new to the forum,
Just wondering who Dragon was… I started reading the manga around skypedia, so I've only seen dragon on the anime in loge town. Did he appear or was given a more detailed description in the manga? If so who is he exactly? I think the anime only showed him helping Luffy once in loge town with some crazy green wind powers. Can also point me to a thread discussion him if there is one.
