Well I havenÂ´t seen that much above-160-million-guys in action actually.

Crocodile was really the only one on that level that showed us all heÂ´s got. Doflamingo and Kuma have a higher bounty but we canÂ´t actually say anything about how much they rely on DF powers or not. There really isnÂ´t any rule that determines how physical above guys with such an high bounty have to be.

I agree. There is nothing saying how physiccaly powerful a 160 million pirate should be. It's just that when you think 160 million you think powerful. Of course it doesn't have to be physiccal power. A lot of crocs power is him being able to do what he can do with sand. I'm just saying when you hear 160 million, you think immense power.

**Of course it is. But let's take Donflamingo. We know very little about him. We know he has a DF, though we havn't the faintest idea of what fruit it is. All we know is what he did with it. Now imagine him in a fight. Do you imagine him to have a lot of physiccal power? I know I do.

And above his physical power I expect him to have an even more powerful kickass Devil Fruit power.

Incorrect, we know he has the power to control at least one other person, but we do not know whether that power is granted by a Devil Fruit or some other method.

Why would he have a lot of physical power necessarily? If he can control others, then he doesn't need to be all that strong to be dangerous.

Depending on how much control he has over his power, he might well be able to make an Admiral or worse into a puppet and that would be a nightmare for the Navy and World Government.

I said we don't know what his fruit is. I even stated we know what he did. I'm just saying that we don't know the fruit.

Every single person we have encountereed (important people) so far has some extreme level of phycial prowness. Even croc even though he was a logia, had an immense amount of physcal power. So to some extent he has to have some level of phycial prowness that would allow him to fight with others on his level even if they manage to disable his DF; or at least a back-up plan. Even ussop whio uses weapons , tools and tricks in a fight has has the ability to take a lot of hits.

There is no way he can do what you just said to ao-kiji. I'm sure the OP elites can easily take care of him; DF or not.

Another point to add is that white smoke is actually water droplets, so he can be frozen. Another thing is that smoke is so deadly in the aspect that if it blocks up your orifices, you suffocate, and, well, die.
