Where is the OP anime in general right now? I have read the manga, so I can understand. Also how much of it would you say is filler(not saying I won't watch it all)?

It's currently at the end of ch.359. There's been practically 0% filler in Water 7, all manga canon so far.

Uh, yeh I KNOW. I was referring to the anime.
Episode 251 ends on the last page of chapter 359, and since he's read the manga, he should understand precisely where the anime is at.
