Nah I mean, I love this manga dearly, but it's because of that that I think that it's appropriate it has a short run as well. No need to drag it out when it's perfectly appropriate for what it is.

Still. Nooooooooooöoooooooooo!
I do hope for an anime still.

Sesuji wo Pin remind me more of Ping Pong than traditional sports manga. It's about the characters involved in the sport, rather than the sports itself.
Our main duo is only involve in dancesports because they enjoy it. They are not aiming to be no.1 so there is much to go on.
Also, I will be honest. The tournaments part bores me so I'm glad that the author speed up the National compared to the 2nd tournament which was draggy at times. I enjoy the characters development & interactions but the actual dancing itself eh.
I'm more surprised it has lasted this long.I think an anime or live action will be great though.

Like Bakuman, its best to end it early without dragging just like their final series
I'm gonna miss it tho

Weird that it is ending, i just read a few chapers at the end, but the action seemed visceral, the characters well designed, and they hype was def there, pretty much everything a good shounen should have. Too bad

Has there ever been a sports series that actually went beyond high school? I know Eyeshield had a college epilogue but it was just part of that chapter. No arc dedicated to college or pros.

Dokaben, Major, and Captain Tsubasa (they actually went to pros).

It's not ringing a bell. What type of sports are these anyways?

Seriously. Captain Tsubasa is actually the most iconic soccer manga out there
Speaking of which, is CT being updated? I stopped at road to 2002 cuz of lack of scans
